Well @fred79 I've started watching Breaking bad, I'm most of the way through the first season and I am enjoying it. The acting is very good and I like the story so far. I will definitely keep watching

I've finally checked out West World and its sooooooo good

I see it as a mix between Truman show (slightly) and iRobot. It's got some great writing and the actors and actresses have done a really convincing job. The 'hosts' which are basically the robots become very entertaining to watch and plot has some very nice twists and suprises. Highly recommend it

It really takes off after episode 6 and things get real tense, Hopkins is the perfect choice for Ford, it's one of the best shows around indeed.

You won me over at iRobot! One of the most awesomely underrated movies ever imo.

So that arrowverse crossover worked pretty alright. Managing a crossover over 4 series is quite a feat.

Meanwhile arrow has gotten better and supergirl even girlier. Puppies and rainbows, whee! Ugh.

i've only seen it once or twice. i don't watch t.v. unless i'm eating(because i have to have something to look at and tune out any eating sounds, which i hate). after i'm done eating, i do something else. if it's a show i'm actually into, i watch it online. if i can, anyway. snowing amc.

I saw a few brief videos of Supergirl on YouTube. It was pretty horrible.

Currently watching The Crown, historical drama telling the story of Queen Elizabeth II. I started out yesterday and I'm already at episode 6, it is written with a perfect balance, you can relate to the characters, yet you never lose the distance to grasp the historical perspective, the cast is great (you'd think John Lithgow would make a terrible Churchill but he pulls it off just fine) and the sub-stories are also interesting. I already knew about Elizabeth's uncle, giving up the crown because of a woman but the show's take on him is really good. I wonder if this will include the knighting of the Beates when we arrive at the 60's, that would be so fun to watch!

Peaky Blinders is pretty good - and has an awesome music score. Title theme is Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds - Red Right Hand, for example.

Been there. I was under the impression they canceled Peaky Blinders. After the first few episodes, too many cliches stepped in, not enough for me to never watch the show again but I just kept delaying season 2.

Right. Couldn't remember, to be honest.
Started the show watching the first two episodes and was totally impressed by the music score, the choice of tracks and the musical direction.

The first season of the Man in the High Castle was somewhat dull, well not exactly dull maybe but "just okay" when my expectations were very high. But I still decided to give the second season a chance since the production values were really high and I love all WW2, the 60's, time travel... I'm so glad I did that because watching season 2, I realized season 1 was only "the positioning of the pieces." The show is top notch.

I wish shows could just be awesome right away. The Walking Dead was so good at that. First episode.

I'm procrastinating on The Man In High Castle.

Anyone watching Vikings? Some major plot happenings recently, with 'the bomb' finally being dropped. I wonder how the show will fare from here, nothing will be the same anymore...

That said, I really like how they're sticking to the historic recordings, even the said 'bomb' was pretty much more or less how it was described in the sources... at this point knowing history is like having spoilers for the entire series

So, 4th season of BBC's Sherlock started out with a universal disappointment, almost everybody hated the episode, some even decided to quit the show. But now comes 4x02 and it's like the biggest mind coitus in TV history ever, I almost feel violated. There were so many twists within twists and the closing was such a hammer, for the last 20 minutes, I have been reading in forums, people apologizing for trash-talking the first episode. Damn, that was some show.

Yes please! Seems there will be four 30 minute episodes this year. Producers also say they don't want it to be a "mediocre game adaptation" like most of western releases (Dragonlance animated series bleh!-blob2).
