Deluxe Digital Edition fiasco
Ok, so I bought and downloaded the Deluxe Digital Edition of MM:H6 without any problems whatsoever, BUT upon installing it, I found that the following promised extras were nowhere to be found, and were not listed as separate downloads on my order page :

-164-PAGE CONCEPT ART BOOK (PDF)
-GAME SOUNDTRACK FEATURING TRACKS COMPOSED BY ROB KING AND PAUL ROMERO
-A2 FORMAT DOUBLE SIDED POSTER (PDF)
Is anyone else having similar problems, or a fix, or should I contact Ubisoft support?
EDIT: Also, when I try to redeem the codes for Akasha/the Edge of Chaos, it says they've been already used, which cannot be the case, as I only just installed H6. Thanks for screwing me over, UbiHole, nicely played. 
EDIT2: Second time's the charm, now back to square 1-still no luck with the stuff for which I actually decided to buy the "Deluxe" edition.
EDIT3: Just thought to update y'all:
Irina contacted me, looks like they're trying to fix the problem. Here's to hoping they succeed!

Nothing here either, but I did get a few extra emails later today about the codes for the hero and the sword items.
No sign of the artbook, soundtrack and poster though.

I also ordered Deluxe Edition from Steam. But I have all these :/ Are you sure you have controlled every possible place for them? The dynatsy weapons can be seen in-game in your dynatsy weapons tab and Edge Of Chaos is there. The artwork and everything is the game's directory.

Yup, I checked every new folder H6's created, the archives it came in, and I even tried unlocking them by pasting the code that came with the game in both the fields available. Akasha/EoC were unlocked on my second try, but the others elude me still.

Same thing happened to other people who ordered the game on Ubishop. The game link was sent through mail, 5 hours later the Akasha and EoC codes and a few minutes later the free month of Kingdoms. No sign of the soundtrack nor the artwork pdf nor the poster pdf.

Okay, e-mailed support, aanddd... zilch, they basically told me to *** off, in nice, courteous supportspeak. This was the last time EVER that I bought a Ubisoft game.

Just be patient.
I recieved the e-mail for the 30 days of Heroes Kingdom,
then, 2 hours later, the download link for the game, the poster,
the artbook and the music.
I am still waiting for the Akasha, Edge of Chaos and extra map codes.
It seems that people receive the e-mails in different order.

I find it unacceptable, that after having paid up front exclusively for the opportunity to get those extras the moment the game is released, they "forget" to hand the product I already paid good money for months beforehand over as promised. What would have happened, if I had pre-ordered the physical copy? Would there be an "oops, IOU" note sticked where Disc 2(/the poster/the T-shirt) should be?

Funny, they used to do that back in H5 too..
Anyway Irina should be back, let's see if she can do something. If not you could ask for a refund..

Sadly, there's no refund option for digital products. What I find funny, btw, is that the one time I wasn't tempted to get a Heroes game using... alternative methods, is the time I get attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis. Life is cruel.

At the very least, they should refund you for the difference between the standard and deluxe editions.
If they didn't give you the product you paid for, and then refuse to do anything about it, that's grounds for a lawsuit.

It looks like there are a lot of people who did not get the bonus content. That means Ubi has messed up somewhere. It goes without saying that they're going to do something about this. If not tonight even then later to be sure. I would not worry too much...

I'm not worried, I'm angry, for reasons explained above. Each and every time I've had to dl things from Ubi (First the prebeta, then the public closed beta, then the game itself) I've run into a highly annoying, extra-long hassle, and these things add up after a while, at least for me.

Exactly the same thing here. Got all those that you mentioned, but they forgot to send the codes and/or the download links for Akasha, the 4 Dynasty heroes, the 3 Dynasty weapons and the extra map (Heart of Nightmares).

Its excrutiating, but i guess its their plan.
They make us wait and wait and wait...
So we rage about them beign incompetent and all...
But when they give us what we have been waiting for we forget all about that and we forgive them again!  
A truly brilliant plan really. 
Only one flaw. They do this too often.

www.findmyorder.com might have your solutions. You will need your order code and password to look it up, but I believe they are all downloadable (artwork I know for a fact is, and I believe screensaver too) there. Still waiting for my disk and keys for the heroes/weapons/map.. but the game is now downloading at least.

That's just it though. Do they (Ubisoft) even realize they didn't send out the keys for those items? Seems strange to get the keys for the game and certain items (i.e. artwork, soundtrack, map) and then nothing on the extra Deluxe items (Akasha, the bonus map, the 4 Dynasty heroes and the 3 Dynasty weapons).
