Why don't towns produce creatures every week? The only town that will produce is the town that my main hero has last visted.

This is due to the new mechanic Creature pool

All Cities and Dwellings produce unites into a common pool, Your hero can Acces this pool in every town or fort and easyly recruit all the unites your kingdom produces.
The only limit your has to deal with is, that you have to have a dwelling for the creature you want to recruit in the area of control.

If you want to recruit unites in all your town, you have to recruit just a part of the total unite produced by your kingodm.

This mechanic has been created this way, so the player would not have to create larg "Trains" of heroes that suplies the main hero whit unites.

I wasn't aware that you needed to complete a quest to get the achievement. I figured simply grinding the points and picking the other path when the time came to upgrade to the second class would work.

On the other hand, I agree that it's really hard keeping the cerberi alive and that that's what makes Inferno difficult early on...It won't matter much now you have four towns, which, if I recall correctly, means you've probably knocked out one of the AIs.

Wait until you get Pit Fiends...and squeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Have you tested that yet? As in, have you personally satisfied the Reversal/Repentance achievements?

You mean on the second map?

After conquering the two Towns and the Fort on the north side of the map, you get to cross a bridge and immediately on the other side you find another Town. Veyer (the Juggernaught guy) was held in the Fort to the southeast of that Town, I released him only a short while ago, so my memory is still clear (still on that map, actually ).

Regarding the hellhounds, I use stoneskin on them to boost their defence, but they are still dying too fast. Any other suggestions on how to use them well?

As for the hell hound keeping them alive i use reinforcement on them you will loose a few but hopefully they will be the reinforcement troops that you lose at the end of the battle anyway

I stopped putting hellhounds in my army entirely except for the final fights. There are different ways to help keep them alive but ultimately it's an annoying chore either way. Hellhounds are actually the most powerful core unit in the game for final fights, but their durability while you're creeping is terrible.  Once your hellhounds are out of the army the AI's next primary target will be the succubi, which are far easier to keep alive simply by sticking a life drain on them while they kill stuff.

The second map was so easy. That was a Boss fight? Really?

Is there another one that is coming? With Sarah, maybe? This was just too easy.

Yes, there's one more, but it's not really hard

Yeah, I am on that map now, the final one. But come on, is anything even going on?

After clearing the underground after about a week or so, I went up and got attacked once by the Red Templar (who funny enough flies the purple banner, since the red one is mine ), then he holed up in his castle and hasn't come out with any Hero since. All the rest is neutral, so I am currently just roaming the country side, destroying only neutral armies, unthreatened. I have to say it's a bit boring this way ...

By the way, that map is also ideal for farming Dynasty weapons. If you move to the left of where you start, you find a pack of Fire Elementals guarding two treasure chests and an artifact, within your 1-day movement's reach. The artifact is random and can be anything - including dynasty weapons. Furthermore, your starting army is so powerful already, that the Fire Elementals are trivial. Simply by running up to see which artifact was up and restarting the map if it wasn't what I was looking for, I managed to collect 5 dynasty weapons that I didn't already have in around 15 to 20 minutes - including Batu's Totem, the dynasty weapon you're actually supposed to purchase for a lot of Dynasty Tokens at Platinum level ...

I just noticed this one, but I've seen posts about it before. I have to admit that I find I have actually very few problems, especially against the AI.

Initially, I admit that I leaned rather heavily on the level 4 ability of Arachne, which is basically "I win", unless the enemy is much more powerful than you are. But it has two drawbacks: first, it requires a Might hero (which my Kiril incarnation is, so for me no problem) and second, it doesn't work against Undead.

On the second Inferno map, you're facing Undead primarily, so I had to come up with another solution to keeping them alive - as life drain didn't work. And I found it: Reinforcements (I, II, or III, I don't know if higher ranks simply increase the tier on which the ability can be used, but also summon more units to the stack?).

Since the AI is very likely to target your Cerberi, putting Reinforcements on them at the first chance you are able to, will increase their survivability considerably. And if you are capable of getting up to Counterstrike III (your units retaliate before the enemy strikes, instead of after, on the first turn), your Cerberi actually become a powerful offensive unit in just about any situation. Their unlimited retaliations and retaliating first are deadly (it's so much fun to see enemy stacks walk up to your Cerberi and die in the retaliation before they've even been able to touch the Cerberi with as much as a finger ). Slap on a Vampirism and/or Regen if needed and I find that I lose very few of them, if any - even against Undead, where as said, Life Drain doesn't work to leech life.

Yeah but try to attack something which is under an enemy hero with Counterstrike III with your Cerberi - a very comical situation for sure. And the best thing I've seen so far is Cerberi biting a straight line of Haven troops with the Praetorians among the hit targets - the latter hit once for every creature which the Cerberi have attacked, including for themselves if they are the primary target, so they score up to 3 simultaneous retaliations. And suddenly you no longer have any Cerberi.

A good player will never attack like that with cerberi unless they destroy all the stacks at once or if the damage dealt is way bigger than the one received from pretorians and/or if it's one fight or final fight . Anyway cerberi have to be feared in the hands of a might hero . With inferno a good spell for protection is fire shield that protects vs magic attacks too. Reinforcement is a must in fights vs an AI hero because regeneration will have troubles to negate all damage and drain life doesn't work on undeads and on latter stages of the fight where you want to recover losses.

Actually in map 2 i never ever used the dogs except in the end(and only for decoration since spider boss was very lame)i just used lactetors & sucubi and came through with ease.In map 3 i didnt even have the dogs in my hero..i used sucubi & pit fiends and came through easily..in the end i wasnt even using the sucubi, just pit fiends!imo hatefull retaliation + counterstrike 3 + drain life on the pit fiend is the sickest combo ive seen so far
i find the inferno campaign though very easy and at the same time  annoyingly time-consuming..

SPOILER

I've been playing the third map for a looong time... It took me so much time to kill all the orcs... I've gathered an Urgash of an army, so much, that I couldn't count it. Thousands of core, hundreds of elite, many Pit Lords (the basic version). I went into the damn cave, waiting for a big fight... And that was it? All this for nothing? And I didn't find the stalker... Live goes on. Next map. Defeat Sarah. My reaction is - BOSS FIGHT!!! Something real this time, not like Mother Namtaru. I'm going to gather up the best army in the... Wait? Is that Sarah? She will so run away... WAIT A MINUTE?!?!? THAT WAS IT?!?!? THAT WAS THE GREAT SARAH?!?!?! Uriel kicked three times the Hells out of me in the Necro campaign, Sarah is just a very sad creature. Me is disappointed.

Btw - I turned the Might affinity into Magic and that screwed the Dynasty weapon (I don't play Conflux but anyway - don't do that). So my question is - if Kiril is meant to be blood magic hero, why his affinity is Might?

Spoiler.

You have to walk into a certain area for the stalker in the 3rd level to come out and attack you. It's near the end of the map, past the swampy area. There's a grassy spot with 3 unguarded treasure chests.

What makes you think he's meant to be a magic hero ? He has always been shown as a might hero.

Nah i dont think that magic suits kiril much.Personal opinion is that demons are best to go the might path..Plus the might weapon kiril gets is pretty nice to level up.

Nop, Kiril has always been shown as might, he's even Might Blood on the official website.

You can see them all here : http://might-and-magic.ubi.com/heroes-6/en-GB/story/main-characters/index.aspx

Also, if you play Anton's first map, in the cutscene, you'll see Kiril as a Haven might hero, so I have no idea where you could see that Kiril should be magic

Irina being magic makes absolutely zero sense either since she spent her youth with Sandor and she's said to prefer wielding a sword rather than reading books and behaving like a girl. I bet they only made her magic by default because they were lacking magic heroes.
