Cursor Flicker + Black Screen fix (Unofficial)

Seems to universally fix cursor flicker problem. With some people it fixes their inability to start the game (black loading screen) and some other things.
For me personally the game still is generally a bit laggy (certainly nowhere near the smoothness of h3), but cursor flicker is gone and I can re-enable V-sync. Someone said it fixes lack of Anti-Aliasing support, but haven't tested that yet.
(for steam users, your game exe is at C:\Program Files\steam\steamapps\common or \steamusername. You should rename your original .exe for backup just in case)

thanks for the link -- though in my case I'll deal with it, until UBi comes with a real patch for this, instead of using 3rd party programs and tweaking of the OS. Now a solution about the chipmunk sounds...

The most noticeable noise is usually the 'chip-chip' sound. This one is produced in a high-pitched frequency, and almost sounds similar to a bird's chirp. Chipmunks use this sound as a warning call when there are ground predators around.
