I think they look fine. I'm not sure what else snow is suppose to look like. She's white and frosty and full of fight.

I never liked the fact that they were human looking creatures in the Naga faction. At least they could have made them somewhat reptile looking. Or better yet, the Yuki Onna could have been some Naga mage with the power over frost riding on a giant tortoise. Same abilities and all, just graphically different.

I like her artwork, especially her unupgraded form (japanese grudge/ring?, love the scary factor). The upgrade is disappointing really, just similar shades of blue. Her in game model is lacking as well..

yuki-onnas in japanese mythology are evil/neutral creatures that kill men who get lost in the snow.

Well, they're spirits. They're supposed to look ethereal, unearthly (unashanly?) and not quite human
I wish they looked like this though

I see that the boredom on Heroes 6 forum is reaching it's peak if such topics as this one are being posted...
Btw Yuki's ability is one of the most devastating in the game, especially with stupid AI units... I like it!
