Does magic power affect non-damaging spells?
The title explains it? For example how does magic power, or does it, affect in any way the non-damaging spells like Frozen Grounds, Ice Wall or the duration of "Soaked" "Dazed" affects?

i guess it increase the % of effect. check after lv up, power +2 and effect up by 1%

The % effect? What do you mean by that? This spells don't have a % effect. Am I wrong?

hmmm i guess it doesnt affect turn base magic, let say regen/stone skin last for 5 turn, the duration wont increase wven your magic power increase.
i guess it is to nerf spell like blindness?
