"Yeah. Though, knowing where we should go would be of great help. Now, I'm not expecting us to know where the enemy is, so we could go strike them down. Not if that thing was a fake, and they perhaps have access to the real version. Though, perhaps knowing where to go where we can gather advantage against such a force. Knowledge, artifacts, allies, or anything else."

Brooke looks pointedly at Walker.
"NO, I have done enough to them." He looks pained.
"You know there is nobody here that can or will help us. We need them."
"I .. I can't go back to them. I destroyed their entire world.." he is almost begging her.
"It is your choice, but would you see another world fall to this?" Brooke asks.
"Don't ask me to do this..."
Brooke shrugs. "It is not MY place to ask."

Walker sighs. "Kelvin's last name is not worldbreaker for nothing. It's a long story..you might want to get comfortable." He and Brooke do so, and he starts his tale. ((Yay! Finally get to reveal why Walker is a 'Big Bad' lol)).
"I am not from this world. A lifetime ago I was a Lord of a small world a long long way away from here. A world created for one purpose, though we were not at first aware of it, and that was to contain a great evil called simply .. The Enemy. The Enemy could not be destroyed as long as the prison, my world, held..though he could be weakened. Every time he would come back, however. Sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker. Sometimes he would use guile, other brute force..but he would ALWAYS come back. My name was Kelvin Walker then, and I was what was known as a High Lord. Anyhow, I discovered the 'rules' as it were. Only way to finally rid us of The Enemy was to destroy our world. So..after relocating what we could of our people..I alone took the task."
He pauses, taking a deep breath. "I was the strongest of us, my magic was combined with the bloodbond and training of a people called "Savants" which are .. as you have seen..physically as powerful as I was magically powerful. Anyhow..me and the Enemy Clashed..for days..maybe weeks we fought. Finally the world broke, destroying it..and I almost destroyed him. Almost." he laughs ruefully. "He had tricked me. Destroying the world only freed him, not destroyed him. Yet I sort of had the last laugh. I merged with him. Well...Kelvin did. Now he has another prison. Me."
"Anyhow, the Savants .. and several other of the people of my world..now live somewhere I can reach. They would follow me..anywhere I ask. I destroyed their entire world, on a lie.." he shrugs.."I don't know if I have the right to ask."

Aleron gave the messengers their instructions (taking the time to learn their names, faces and impress upon them the importance of their mission) and then went to see if he could discover what the trouble with the restoration was.

It turns out, they had finished the tasks the Sergent had set up for now..and just lack direction now. It is getting into the more difficult areas of reconstruction..and not many skilled tradesmen left didn't help either. They are still making progress, but lack focus and need more skilled help.

"I just thought that if we can find The Creator, we might find a way to kill The Enemy. If The Creator is stronger than The Enemy, which he is, we can ask The Creator to kill The Enemy and free you.", Alexander pauses for a moment and then continues, "But... why didn't The Creator kill him in the beginning?"

"Why does any good deity that is stronger then an evil one not just destroy the bad ones? Because they are good. The Crafter creates, he does not destroy. Unlike us more .. mortal beings..the good deities believe everything is redeemable if given enough time to see the error of their ways. Even if you found The Crafter, he would not destroy The Enemy."

Ivor was perching on a high parapet above them. Brooding in silence at all that is being transpired below him, and his thoughts turned to home. This time your body is that prison, but The Creator is allpowerful so he can take it out from you, too. If you defeated The Enemy once, you can do it again. This time with my help, if you let me come with you. What do you say, Walker?"
