Glade Spotlight
Ok I've meant to have this for sometime, and the first was meant to be on Kareeah, but somehow that ended up in the Tavern? *chuckles* This spotlight is to highlight a different person every week (and feel free to make suggestions). This week is Gnomes.

From Gnomes himself...
I joined December 19, 2010. I first joined the CORE storyline. The only RP I have finished is Superheroes, but I have opened up a few of my own RPs and participated in basically every one since joining. I have created so many characters that I've lost track of them and their names (>.> but I can still tell you the story lines of each of the RPs I was in. My most successful RP was Stargazers, and that one I really wish I could have finished, but the participants (and I, the DM) all had periods of not being around/ able to post for weeks and by the time we were able to get back together we had lost the energy for it. All but one of my QPs have come from the Glade.
I enjoy writing and creating people and places. When I first joined the community, it was in Jirkiri's faction creation by task contest. I created a total of four factions, all of which I hope were sufficiently different enough to warrant the label of originality. I started writing a story on this site called Family Ties, and I'm actually strongly considering going back to it. I also started the Short story Until the end, but that was all completely improved and I have no idea what I'm doing with it after almost a month.
I like to hang around the VW for laughs and visit the Tavern from time to time to eat some pastries and read some comics. I wasn't active in the altar until recently, but people have sent me messages asking for help time and again (Usually I send them to people like Elvin who know what they're talking about, but sometimes I feel up to the task of answering questions myself).
I have not yet been here for a year, but I hope to stay for a long time. That's all, thank you. Oh wait, almost forgot. *ahem*

Haha, I thought that you'd revise it a bit, but yeah. that's basically my entire history. Forgot about the Fan Fic game, but that's where I got my fourth QP. Funny how that happened...

This spotlight is way over due, because the maker of the thread is a lazy, lazy person.
This spotlight falls on Kareeah_Indaga..who has been running one of the longest running rpgs that is currently still going. Originally created by Winterfate, the pokemon RPG has been around a long time, and it would not have survived for this long without the brilliance that Kareeah brings to the glade.
While not the most prolific poster, her posts all are of high quality..and she is a excellent example of what a great roleplayer is. Many could learn a lot from her. When we were considering moderators for this forum, not only did her name come up..but I practically begged her to consider it. I begged for her to be considered also. Lets all give a hand to this excellent forum member, and encourage her to stay around a long long time.

Oh wonderful choice Mysty. Congrats to Kareeah. Long overdue.
I've learnt a lot over the past several months (badgering Mysty via HCM) and participating in a few RPG's, but its often after reading Kareeah's posts that I realize I still have a lot to learn about preparation and research. And then I get back on track
Her contribution to the Pokemon RPG is awesome.
