Era Start Menu -> snd/vid/pac editor (MMArchive) -> open file Mods\Phoenix\Data\phoenix.pac and delete cranim.txt in it. Open Mods\Phoenix\Data\phoenix.snd and delete newday.wav, newmonth.wav, battle00.wav..battle07.wav.

7) Train economist (CTRL+LMB on specialty icon to turn hero into an economist). Even with learning skill + visiting stones of knowledge you'll be able to make a 15-20 level hero, who will increase income of the capital at least by 4000 when staying in garrison.

I found a bug, by the way. Casting expert teleport on my Mighty Gorgons crashed the game?

Hello everyone, I have this problem:
I started with Castle, and my plan was to find the grail, build it in a Conflux so I can get all the spells and then demolish it and build it again in my initial castle.Found the Grail, counquered a Conflux but when I try to build the grail there it says "Recounting the grail legend to the townsfolk, your words are met with disbelief.This town does not have enough faith.You must seek a more deserving home for the grail" . I build everything in Conflux but still doesn`t work, is my starting castle the only place where I can build the Grail?

You are a true artist. If actual modos did not consider qp's as their own money, I would nominate you for only those screens. But right now we stay away from that thread.

In your modŁ¬I found that you do this the file azvs.smk can properly display in h3 Game.
Can you tell how to make smk and bik video files.
So that they can display in h3 games.

Still playing the hell out of this. The only thing I don't like it what happened to the Conflux, quite random which creature upgrades to which. But a question: is it even possible to have a viable magic-based hero?

Bug report: twice now, when loading a game and playing as Fortress, Gnoll Marauders are replaced by Halberdiers for recruiting.

Also, I just want to add that this mod makes the game 10x better. THANKS. SO much more balanced.

Turn off option Neutral Town if WoG Options if you dislike it.

phoenix mod instal problems
Hi guys, i am playing ERA 2 for last week and everything is great. Today i stepped on Phoenix mod and want to try it tho i had one problem. I installed clean HoMaM3 Complete version, ERA 2 package on it and then i isntalled Phoenix mod, fix for phoenix mod and english translation patch. Now game wont run, neither with h3era.exe, neither with phoenix.exe, just a quick loading on mouse cursor and thats all. somebody can help me fix that? thanks in advance
