Bug with 'Actions Menu for the stack' screen
I found a big bug using 'Split in equal stacks into all free slots' feature. It's like the changes in your stacks aren't being account for. I can turn 1 little troglydite into 11 Archangels or however many I happen to have in the army.
I can double 6 stacks of my army with just 6 troglydites from the hero screen. 
In my current army I was using that feature to split my one stack of archangels into 2 groups but just before that I had added some to it. Well when I did the split it only used the amount of creatures that was in the stack previous. I had 11 and added 10 but when I did the split I got 6 and 5 and lost 10.
Well I figured out that the stack of 11 doesn't even need to be there and I can put 1 of anything there and perform the split and get 6 and 5 archangels from the 1 trog in this case. It doesn't seem to keep track of your stack changes.
I can even save the game with the 21 archangels, quit heroes and reload and it will still split the stack with 6 and 5 archs instead of 11 and 10.
Here are 2 savegames, one with my army previous to finding the bug and one setup to duplicate that stack of angels. Just switch places any stack with the 1 trog and perform the 'Split in equal stacks into all free slots' on the trog after switching.

When I play mod all creatures ability getting with experience is shooting.
Everything is ok when install WoG+Era
It's start broken with Phoenix mod and patch not fix it.

Sorry, but how can i install this mod. I choose the gamefolder "ERA Plugins" but it doesn´t work when i start the game.

Could you isolate the phoenix-mod extensions to luck, scouting (the one with spyglass icon), and leadership/inspiration to separate scripts?
I would like to use some of them with ERA II, and I'm not fully convinced to Phoenix Mod (I'd like only a subset of changes but the script99.erm from phoenix is really huge to edit, so it would need a few splits to make my life easier)
If it's possible please isolate also the features "new dragon utopia", "chaos town" and "Capitals" to separate scripts. (I want to live with another script for dragon utopia but it's based on DOTDM script and current phoenix mod conflicts with DOTDM as using same option number, and phoenix version of dragon utopia handling is included in the script99.erm so i would had to hunt for lines of the feature and edit/comment them) (I may also want use the "chaos town" and "Capitals" without the rest of phoenix mod).
And Please use option numbers not taken by default wogify, as using those taken make harder to organise own subset of scripts

majaczek, unfortunately I'm not working on the mod for quite a long already. The other problem is that PM was written as an integral mod (multi-dependence among functions) and under SCVS compiler. I lost the sources one day and from that time almost all information about variables, functions and constants has gone. After 3.5 alpha Bes is mostly the only active developer.

Hi - and thank you to all for continued support of my old friend, HOMM 3 : )
My question is this: Will the Phoenix mod work with SOD only? I do not have nor wish to have WoG... as I've tried it and it does not interest me. Phoenix however, appears to have some excellent items I have been looking for : )

Great mod,however after I installed it I lost some defs from h3sprite.lod,it is any way to recover them?Does the mod have a backup folder where it saves the replaced files?

No. There is a port to Era II, which does not replace anything, but it seems that you installed the old variant for 3.58f.

Thank you so much for this awesome mod. So many good features and the one I like the most is the creature upkeep. Brings in totally new perspective and depth to the game. But one I would like to change is exhaustible mines. Is there a way to remove this, or at least change the number of days. I must warn you that I am total noob when it comes to the erm scripting.

Anyone know what might be causing this crash? It crashes the game after I end a turn and it comes back to player me, starting the new day. Seems consistent. It just started happening though, about two months into a game against AI:

Was able to change the game state a little by moving around, and avoided the crash. So I'm good. Well, I'll leave the crash log there if it's any information of help.

Necromancy
Hi all, this is my first time posting, i followed this forum a lot of time because of homm3
well, I really like necromancers but I'm having some trouble using some features.. I've read the manual but I still can't find out this:
-Black Magic
-Only Mages and Necromancers can use astral magic
- Raise skeletons from dead creatures - it only raises 1 vampire lord... 2 with a lot of luck
-All Necromancers have the ability to perform rituals and get Blood mana
if someone can help I would be very thankfull and I'm sorry for didn't create a new topic for this, but I don't know how
