These scripts were not tested through a full game, so use at your own risk. I play with some of them but I know how to look inside and fix if necessary.

I ain't good at ERM editor I can only delete some strings that I dont like in game  so I'll wait for better versions

So as I siad - in script 87.erm that wont worked for me I have deleted these(!!UN 284/=1; !!FU&-1:E; [Exit if script is not enabled])strings for every part of the script and it worked

Regarding WOG 359: where can I find a download site for it? I'm assuming it replaces 358f, which was about 38mb, yeah? All the download sites I find are giving me 2mb files, and not the actual add on game.

That file is probably trojan or some toolbar crapware.
LAtestWOG version is ERA 1.81.

The "modified" scripts are the "revised" by JimV scripts as indicated in the first post ?...
Also, I play using Advanced Levels by Sagamosa and all scripts must (I guess this must apply also to Fnord's scripts) contain 3 numbers in their name... like : "008.erm"...
In Fnord's scrips I see the erm files are named but some with letters and not with numbers...

For era you can leave the names as they are, for WoGSagamosa.exe (and others too) you have to rename to script(number).erm

Edit, now I'm reading that the link seems broken since years ago and nobody have it, is there a way to get similar scripts?
I need especially a way to upgrade troops rank without need to carry them to combat when you don't need them anymore.

Edit2, I'm reading about modding, to mod myself, in this link http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=32519 , but all links to those programs are broken too, is there a site like Nexusmods or ModDB (which has only 6 files), that hosts all tools and mods for this game?

Nope, all tools mentioned are part of Era package, tools folder. Then all mods are hosted at wakeofgods.org/mods
