question about obstacles

how I change the number of hexs in a obstacle? ( R)

for example the obstacle : RIB have 4 hex ... i want that have only 2 and viceversa .. thanks

A table-like structure that seems related to obstacles is located in exe at mem:0063BF00. There are 0x44 bytes per entry. First entry is dword pointer to def file, the rest is probably somehow related to terrain types and passability. I have no idea how this works.
