My suggestion is to apply redable mod subfolders in Heroes IV map folder style. Because there is maybe 200 mods in one mods folder. Hard to find manually! It needs arrange.
Eg
mods-
-core
-towns
-maps
-interface
-gamplay
- my own
etc.
All can add others.
Second is campaign launcher. Starting campaign from Custom is ugly. No climatic menu for campaign. Maybe using Custom shortcout to launch new campaigns menus? So after clicking Custom we will have next launching menu with shortcouts to campaigns RoE, SoD, AB style. It can back SoD campaigns because now are replaced. Or new system.
New named shortcouts replaced oldest.
SoD shortcout --> NWC 4 classics series RoE, SoD, AB, HC
RoE shortcout --> WoG + 3 empty slots for newones
AB --> 4 empty for new
Custom --> Custom+ 3 empty

use Enchanced Commanders script and "Heroes start at 5th level" rule.
I guess it's enough to reproduce the bug.

No. I do not have such a crash. I tried to include the options you specified. Everything is working.
Maybe you are using the old version of the plugin and apparently this crash I have already ruled. In any case give me the folder archive "Debug" in the root directory of the game

Found a strange bug...
When changing hero skill via ERM the descriptions and pictures are incorrect.

They are not incorrect, they change his specialty as they are supposed to do. You have a different erm command to match pictures to specialty, which is !!UN:G2/#1/#2/#3;  

PS: using scripts in map events, meh. If some error occurs, the player is stuck.

Thank you very much, friends, for bug reports. I've fixed crash with max sound volume + WoG dialogs. Igrik fixed a few bugs and improved WoG Native Dialogs mod. Moróover, we're planning to reimplement natively most of IF/E dialog features. RoseKavalier and igrik updated their plugins, removing Visual C++ libs dependencies.

[*] Updated WoG Native Dialogs mod by igrik: removed VC++ dependencies, fixed a few bugs, added WoG-like radio/checkbox-buttons for IF:G.
[*] Removed VC++ dependencies from Game Bug Fixes plugin. Plugin renamed to *.dll version to prevent crashes at game start.
[-] Fixed bug with crashes during sound playing in WoG dialogs. patcher_x86 thread-unsafe hook replaced with native Era hook.
[-] Assertion messages were not displayed, only files and lines used to be reported.

I've studied this question. Maybe it will be possible some day to implement several graphical features at once and to remain HD-compatible at the same time.

Well SOMETHING IS BROKEN! Becuse the default icon skill works well (0-155) the problem begins with 156 and above (WoG skills)

For example:
!#HE109:X3/56;
!#UN:G2/109/3/335;  
It should give Hero Gundula a frenzy spec icon, instead i get logistic icon.

What kind of version of ERA2 You are using?
My version here is 2.6.6
Maybe Bersy in the newest version something screw-up:/

Dear Bersy,
I want to ask you if you can fix in town transfer dialog between two heroes. It should work with HD mod with ALT+LMB combo on any hero(town or garnison), but with your new versions does not.
I tried 4.207 HD mod for which I know that works on 2.46 ERA but still doesn't work.

Draker, disable big spellbook.bin patch of WoG via Mod Manager.
Perhaps, we can ask MoP, patch author, to change it and use default Heroes 3 colors.

dragon, I'm really in doubts that Era 2.6x changed anything in heroes metting screen, that worked in Era 2.46. Baratorch, the author of HD mod, turned off many features in non SoD/Era. Are you sure, that only 2.6x branch does not work with the same HD mod version?

I just tested it again, and it works only in 2.461 and 2.55.
It's not working in 2.46 or any of 2.6.x versions
EDIT:
Fixed it. If anyone wants to use it, need to install 2.461 first and on top of it 2.6.6.
I extracted both versions manually but installing them should work
