Level 70 Archmage and General...
Here’s a couple of screenshots from the Russian site (I found them on Celestial Heavens)

They show that it is possible to get your heroes up into the higher levels.
I wonder how much experience is going to be on the adventure map. Maybe there are going to be creature generators or something.
I wonder why the archmage has over 1000 hp while the general doesn’t even have 800.

..do they? These heroes got 977,8M (977,800,000) experience points. Considering a black dragon gives 1233 xp, (http://www.heroes.ag.ru/monsters/tables/xp/) I doubt we'll see heroes of this high level in regular maps. By the way, heroes.ag.ru also has bios for 48 heroes ( lords and archmages) up.
[Edit: Although I do not speak russian, it seems to me the site says they used cheats/beta features to achieve this level, because they, too, pointed out how many black dragons one would have to kill to reach level 70th (793 025).]
[Edit 2: the archmage has 50% bonus to his hp max due to artifact (790*1.5=1185)]

Total Crap
Why that stupid black dragon is so OVERPOWERED?
Titans should be! or elswere another creature! But not dragons.
Like many of you said the crusader should be able to kill a dragon. A GIANT crusader such as titan should kill it easy.
I think the Titan should be the best creature not Black Dragons.

And look at the difference of melee defense and ranged defense. The Archmage will die way too easily even with some more HPs. This doesn't look good to me, LoL.

why the archmage has too low statistics?
Yes the Knight got some more artefacts - but even without them (well if they are like in Heroes3) he should be not so strong!
Knight got much more attack/defense points!
spell power (or knowledge) seems more for archmage... but... ?
well, what the hell...

Look at each of their skills,thats why the general has better stats.
Anyway,i really hope they fixed that cuz stats are lame for such a high level heros.
And i dont really get why a general would deal same dmg than a archmage.

type nwcXXXXXX 
Btw, can anyone tell me whether
damage calculation in h4 is the
same as in h3 ???
i.e. base dam * att/def modifier *skill modifier ???
or att/def difference is irrelevant in damage
calculation. ???

I totally agree with u Wesley, I always thought and still think that black dragons suck, and Titan should be the strongest creature of the game, or at least black dragon shouldn't have such incredible stats!!!
