I don't think you quite got that, Smithey.
Muslim was the adjective used in the argument Shyranis was defending. As far as I know, "muslim" IS a correct adjective in conjuction to things connected to the religion of Islam.
Additionally, "Arab" in Shyra's post was ALSO used as an adjective. (which is perfectly reasonable as "Arab culture" and "a cultured Arab" both gramatically correct in English. Therefor, she meant to point out a difference between "Good and Bad" (two adjectives), rather than "Good and Evil" (two nouns)

800 g boneless lamb' shoulder
2 tbsp oil
1 onion
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 3/4 cup of water
250 g of dried apricots
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup pine nuts
parsley
Remove the lamb fat and dice the meat. Heat oil, fry the meat pieces in it. Remove the meat from the pan. Fry the chopped onions pan and lift the meat back into skillet, season with salt and pepper, add water and cook for half an hour. Stir from time to time. Add the sugar and apricots, and cooking continued for 45 minutes, until the meat is very soft. Add a little before the stew is ready, pine nuts. Sprinkle chopped parsley on the surface of the cauldron and the provision of boiled rice.
Others feed on grasshopper honey and milk.
