The most sucking heroes
It's a hard question coz I can't remember names for those heroes.
Worst Magic:
- eagle eye specialist of warlock (???)
- mysticism specialist of warlock (???)
Just so many great warlocks, why would I use these two
guys ???
Worst Might:
- zombie specialist of death knight (Stalker ???)
Can you give me one reason why Should I recruit this one even I have too much $$$ to spend ??
I hate eagle eye and mysticism. Learning is not good as well but learning heroes usually have some good thing e.g. Loynis or the lich specialist necromancer.

If mysticism was a % it might be worth something, but it's not, so it isn't. Really, what's the point if you're going to go to your castle to recruit everything which will refill your spell points anyway?

Worst heroes.
beastmasters and witch!! While I love play fortress (my favorite town!!), their heros tend to get the worst selection of skills. Simply drowning in useless stuff!

Witches are the 2nd or 3rd best spell casters usually. Nothing stands out, but water magic chances very high, and also for other good magic skills. Only chance of navigation and mystacism make them bad.
Beastmaster? Tazar is one of the best hero available. Some others aren't too Shabby, flies specialist for instance, that top speed bonus very good.
Also for good hero, I'd add the death knight with skeletons specialty. Best creature specialty for nay hero. Necro strength accelerated, I take him over Thant as main almost always. Course, I'd prefer to get both to be assured of Animate, but... +1 speed and att/def for legions of skeletons better than animate in long run.

well don't we have to consider chances for bad thing also.
I am very aware that they can get good things, but they tend in my experience to have a very high ratio of bad skills, (or not important skills) also.

It does not make that must sense to discuss worst hero , because you can just buy another one!
But worst hero class makes sense, but it can be difficult to avoid to include the overall town experience, to keep on track!
eksample! Diplomacy is normaly a good skill early in the game ( while there is stacks there can join). But Diplomacy is of less value for some towns, having terrain penalitys. Whats the point of having a stack to join your hero , if its slows you down to the unbeareble!
This can be offset with pathfinding or more heros together!
but to offset something does not give you an advantage it does try to keep you in leage.
So here Fortress and others likewise sucks. Meaning beastmasters and withces haves less value.

thanks , hmm what do you wnat to here my opinion on!
why tazar is good for fortress, but is not something special for Stronghold, and why Crack is good for Stronghold, but not something special for Fortress?
Something like that!

Magic:
1 - Alamar (res / scholar)
2 - Gundula
3 - Ciele (for beginning / small maps)
Might:
1 - Sir Mullich
2 - Marius (demoniacs get great skills, and she's the demon specialist ... for demonology)
3 - Ryland
Overall:
1 - Sir Mullich
2 - Marius
3 - Ryland
Worst:
Magic:
1 - Malcom
2 - Oris (still can't cast a spell to save her life)
3 - Melodia
Might:
1 - Piquedram (comes with 8 worthless gargoyles)
2 - Thane (great ... expert scholar and no wisdom!)
3 - Ufretin
Overall:
1 - Piquedram
2 - Malcom
3 - Oris
