Ahh, you know what I mean I want to physically let them loose on some Haven "goody-goody" units 
By the way the I don't quite like the daughter of Melassa version. Well it's ok as a boss, but it looks like some kind of evil essence, not a real "meaty" and "scaly" traditional Black Dragon.
Also, sadly, there were no hints whatsoever on Sylvan units and heroes (only in the lore I guess)...

Did anyone play with the devs today? I much enjoyed my games with them and even had my share of beatings 
Initially I challenged a reaper with my pyromancer Deleb.. to suddenly realize that not only did she lack meditation but that she also had mass decay, mass vampirism and frenzy! All the same I decided to press on and casted spells like mad until my last pitlord fell. The opponent was left with 7 vampire lords ^^ (Though to be fair he did not defend with them because of the bug.)
Second game, I decided on a full frontal assault with a samurai on what turned to be a tactics II necro turtler! And good lord, sacred kirins with heroic charge and morale are killers! But while I managed to break through the first obstacle and block the spiders, I could not get to the liches in time. They devastated me and his lightnings were equally harsh. Next game then.
I take a pyromancer again and when the battle begins I notice a chieftain with 30 attack grinning at my pathetic defense of 7. That bodes well.. And then might over magic comes and all my unit and spell damage goes to zero. GG
That was a little embarrassing. So I create a stronger, more specialized build and my Jeddite starts burning the necros like there was no tomorrow  The next two opponents could not survive my fiery arsenal. Inferno is officially my favourite spell, it kept jumping from target to target, setting a chain reaction ^^ And starting the game with meditated armageddon, what a blast. I just might be addicted to inferno gameplay.

@Elvin: In the light of recent news I can't see how one can get excited about playing with the devs. It's like you are being shot in the knee - twice - and in reply you smile and say "thank you, let's do that again!" 
So to summarize what we found out in the last few days:
- Heroes VI was not at all featured at Gamescom, not even a single mention of an expansion
- Instead we get another overpriced campaign DLC with no new factions and/or units
- A Gold Edition is announced signaling a possible stop(?) in plans to further expand the game
- Limbic is oblivious to the fact that sim turns and RMG are critical for the lon-term survivability for the game, and have no effing idea of how to implement those (was Heroes V so different?)
I am really worried about where this is going. And I had always been positive so far about the further development of the game...
The amount of factions is extremely low as it stands right now. In the beginning I understood they were planning to give us all nine Ashan factions (incl. Sylvan, Dungeon, Academy, Fortress), then this number somehow was rumored to be at 7 (w. only Academy & Dungeon) and now I am not even sure we are even going beyond 5.

While I don't really like the gold edition much, it might mean more people buy the game, and it probably means no more DLC, at least until an expansion comes out, both of which are good.

I suppose they need to make more money to carry on with the Heroes VI franchise....
Anyway, the Crag Hack pack was cool to play but not exciting and innovative enough, the graphics were really cool, but the difficulty even on max was too "easy"....I mean I have forgotten about it already.
With the Sandro pack, I hope they do something like LOTA (Legends of the Ancients) from Heroes V. That was completely different and you really had to strategise and sometimes redo maps because you started wrong (example: a maze you have to go through being chased by a deadly enemy, if you miss the wrong path, he catches and kills you).
In other words, they should do something different with the Sandro pack.

Why, they did "expand" the game: in the form of Heroes Online and Raiders

heroes III wasgood enough and i tink heroes VI can be much better if they wanna make expansion but i don't tink it will happens ( i wish a good heroes game

Gold Edition smells like no REAL expansions, therefore no new factions and no RMG. Worst game after H4 and maybe H1
