It's still the same situation, but I quoted the wrong segment. (I'll see whether I can scrap together some sort of continuation)
I'll probably just take a whiff of the pouch and investigate it a little further before pocketing the contents and the book, for the purposes of the 'investigation' (probably to sell them at the nearest general store)
The "reading late" means that he probably disappeared at night as he was getting red for bed, and left in either great haste, or not his own accord since he left his pouch.

Nope, sorry. (This early in the dungeon? Seriously?  ) It's red, and somewhat fancy, but it's more along the lines of a noble's casual wear.
(There isn't really any way of conveying this in-game without it coming off as horribly contrived, but the box is/was the stash of one of the priests who used to be here so he could make a run for it.)
Incidently, neither of you is a caster, are you? Hmm...

My equipment per now. If I remember anything else a thief might need, it might magically appear in Koto's pockets. Like the lockpick set.

Hi. I've recently taken up the might and magic series again, but it's a short game, and I want more. Please forgive me for my laziness, but I just wonder if anyone could quickly give me an overview on how truthful this RP is to the actual game?
How far into the game world can this story be expected to develop? Is it possible to say, rule the pit? Go through the gate to the stars and even beyond that point where 3DO never continued?

Alright, thank you. It's tempting to see what you've in mind for how those other worlds would look like.
I can see people are playing strange races. So is it possible to play, say, a medusa and be immune to everything apart physical damage?
