Player network?
I am a new HMM6 player. Loving the game (Mildly addicted actually). As most of you probably know it's incredibly hard to find games to play. Usually takes me 15-60 minutes just to find somebody to play with. Most games end with somebody leaving before the heroes even meet.
Is there any large list of players? Or an easier way to find people to play against? Any tourney's happening? I am somebody that will finish the game no matter how I feel I'm doing, and will always go until the bitter end, and am looking for people that do the same.
I'd like to play several times a day. Generally at night. Suggestions?
If this master's list doesn't exist let's make one for HMM6 anyway. I'll start...

Good initiative  And just the thing this place needs, people often forget that the reason the whole point is to have fun and enjoy the game than talk about it  You are here on good timing as the interest is steadily increasing and things should become more interesting soon. Perhaps when the activity rises Tournament of Honour will start strong again but for the time being I welcome the chance to play with new people, chat away and compare notes on strategies or whatever floats your boat. Experienced or not, it doesn't matter. You will learn sooner or later and playing with a human player is the best and fastest way to learn. Might as well pick up a few losses on the way, they are worth it. I'm sure Polyglot is enjoying his duel games for one  He's improving too.
I do have a few plans about tournaments but that kind of thing takes planning and there are still a few issues with the game such as exploits or bugs. Most should go away with the next patch which will come on 27 September, assuming it coincide with the Danse Macabre dlc. A good number of balance changes and tweaks too. Anyways..

I play GMT evening normally, but for next month or two I can play pretty much any time as recovering from an operation. Not play online since HoMM3 so I'll also be rather new to playing against people rather than AI

Made a Public Group on Steam called HoMM 6 Player Network, join it and it saves everyone having to add each new person to their Friends List

i would suggest a list with ingamenick+skype, because not everybody has h6 on steam, so we could rise the activity on ToH
