Five times rebirth for legionaries is very cool-I just bought it,will see how it works!

Salamandre,as I progress in TEW3 I have 3 castles-Rome,Maximus Home and the one where I found Lastius.
In all three of them the number of praetorians per week is the same.
That means the angel dwellings are counted correctly and none is missed.

Which is not the same in TEW 4,where the number of dwellings apply differently.
I guess the transformation process with both towns and dwellings,connected with the different XXL size is the reason.

Is this true?

Yes, when you convert a dwelling, growth will apply only to further towns you conquer, not to previous. There is no fix for this so far.

@Salamandre,I have the option to change any of my towns ground for a mithril prize,which you can consider as cheating in the case of Morticus.

Technicaly I reloaded in order to put some defending creatures(fortress was empty) to see who the attacker was.
But only one battle took place.

You should convert your images to light jpeg, as it takes for ever with heavy png.

I don't understand issue, until Mutare is defeated she will have same army anyway, no matter what she loses on other towns. At least that's how is scripted, to avoid hit&run.

Mutare even took some fortress army and put her dragon army in one slot,but when I attacked,every troop was in place.

Month 7 week 3 I defeated Commodus without the quests of orbs completed and without light cavalry,but with the mighty legionaries!
Last battle I entered with 24 000 of them.

Salamandre,as a kind of suggestion,having in mind the upgrade of TEW  3 that followed TEW 4-
What do you say about battle between Maximus with his combo(the 4 options on)and final army and Commodus with his combo(the chestgard of triumph)and final army?

I think Maximus will be wiped out in a few turns. Don't forget that combo tew4 allows two attacks every turn and also 100% increase of all stats.

The increase of stats is solid fact,that may be decisive.
But Maximus troops have the block ability(bought from the statue) and some of them are fearless and last,but not least Maximus troops can attack all around!

Though I admit it will be mostly combo(2 attacks+all around+no retaliation)+legionaries vs combo(2 moves+stats)+horned demons.
We have the doubled stats for legionaries.

It would be very interesting given also the fact the legionaries can ressurect 5 times vs efreets only 2 times!

My last sentense points out a possible wall of troops of 5 legionaries,protecting the main troop,against wall of efreet protecting the demons.

I have to admit also that the speed of the demons for the battle would be higher than the speed of legionaries and so the key for victory!

So I meet the Resurrection bug once again... And it's annoying when you have this bug after a long battle. The AI heroes Resurrect just fine, but when the entire stack is dead and they use Resurrect, it freezes. The usual strategies are using someone to stand on the corpse so that they can't use Resurrect (but this can be suicidal in some cases) or wait until their heroes running out of Mana, which takes forever to do... Is there anyway to stop this bug?!

Alisapa, from what I remember I removed resurrect spell from most AI for last version. Annoying bug without solution, yet all battles can be finished even with it (different kill order)

@mass: the first aid tent can refill all HP, use it on archangels every turn.

Thanks for the quick reply! Well, the tent only heals for around 80 for me and the angel sometimes even dies in the first round

Is that normal or could something be wrong in my options/mods/settings/... I installed Heroes 3 Complete, Era 2.4, TEW III and didn't touch any settings?

My guess is that certain stacks provoke the bug when resurrected. I recall when fighting Atrimius, the game hangs ONLY if he resurrects pit lords. As it was a very long battle I removed resurrect from him for last version (and many others) but in 30 test games I never had this problem with Torosar.

Maybe it depends of the tactics used and the order you kill the stacks. Which means you must avoid completely killing that stack (which usually freezes) and finish it on last turn. Torosar should not be a problem, he has few mana points, and if you keep striking the titans with supreme angel, he will lose his mana resurrecting them. Of course, the angels should be surrounded by titans, golems and ammo card, don't let nagas approach. Heal with tent every turn, he loses his mana, then battle is yours.
