The Binding of Isaac

So I bought this game during the summer sale of steam and I've put about 30 hours in it. I've finished this game 4 times already, but haven't beat the true ending so far. I like the massive replayability of it, due to the random factor. Every game is different, due to random equipment and random dungeons. What characters are your faves?

I like Kain, Judas and Isaac (in that order) most (you know, the overpowered ones), as Magdalene I never seem to be able to close deals with the devil (which, you know is all she's good for imho) and I hate eve. I can't play her.

Who else enjoys this game? I don't have the wrath of lamb DLC, is it any good?
If there's anyone who would like an introduction to this twisted game, which is great if you have, like, an hour to kill or something, let me know and I'll keep blabbing.

I have put about 88+ hours into the game.  I have greatly enjoyed it (which makes me wonder if I should see a psychologist) and would easily recommend Wrath of the Lamb.  The only game that has been a better value for the $5 price is Dungeons of Dredmor (which I also easily recommend).

The only thing I don't like about the game is the true ending.  I still don't know exactly what the plot was.  I have an idea but it's still ambiguous.

You drink my blood and drown
Wrath and raving I will not stop
You'll never take me down
