Good: Ya can build investments, save money & it is a safer way of buying & saving online now.
Bad: Frauds, banks screwing you over. The lines sucks. The bankers take over a hour of your time & trying to get you to do things ya dont want to do.

Good: provides necessary water for agriculture(and plants in general),helping the economy and protects population from hunger.Also the rain it's very important in the circle of water,without rain that "recycle" the water vapors earth would run out of water.
Bad: excessive raining can produce floods...and can cancel some activities(first world problems )

Good side: A creative way to spend time if you need a distraction, you can learn programming from it, heavily moddable.
Bad side: Basic graphics and engine are very low-tech and sort of ugly, highly addicting, full version is somewhat overpriced...

Good side: Make this place more 'vibrant'.
Bad side: WARNING reading posts of noobs will likely induce retinal bleeding. And sure they increase activity, but their posting style makes HC feel more like a ghetto.

A lubricant is a substance designed to reduce 'friction', (grease oil, et cetera) and yes, one form of it is for when you wish to thrust your penis into tight corridors. Though to consider this its only function is idiotic, and suspending my topic is even more so.

Good side: Reduces friction, makes things sparkly. 
Bad side: Damn stuff never comes out/ off of anything unless soap or bleach are used, discolors wood stain/ paint if it gets on it...

Good side:a Community,in which you can develop style of writing,gather virtual friends and share whatever you want,as long as no break CoC is involved.
Bad side:Aside from disrespect abd bulling you get to work alone to become better and the help you receive is minimal.
