Hi, I just want to say that my last chance to play this week is tomorrow until 14.00.
Then it's busy times with a student ball and musical events during the weekend.
But Monday and Tuesday day and evening is reserved for Heroes VI Bonking.

Hey Locksley check your messages in HC Messenger.I was online today ingame with you but i couldnt invite you to my channel
Anyway since i m working during the day we ll have to postpone our game for next week.I hope we don't cause any trouble to the rest of the players.
P.S. like i wrote on that private message i m going to hit you hard with my furious orc shaman.So now is a good chance to retreat or face death.(unless you pick undead.If that's the case i ll blow your bones in smithereens and use them to make my self a nice pendant for Mrs Orc.

Check your channel maybe? I was online and waiting for 8 minutes before 17 minutes after the agreed time of 7 PM GMT in your channel messaging you. I then said I couldn't make it any longer because i couldn't guarantee we'd be uninterupted, and perhaps for us to try again tommorrow at the same time this time without you being afk?

i was and i am online all the time from the agreed time, (actually i switch my status from away to online sth like 5min b4 7pm GMT), and i received nothing in the H6 chat. i swear to God. I created 2 chats, maybe you've written when i just left to switch to another chatroom or when i left to check whether i have the mod on.
Anyway, yes i am online right now and we can play tomorrow 7 GMT, 21 CET.
I had trouble with H6 chat when playing with RedEmperor, maybe we should use skype b4 we set up a game, just in case.

So what are you going to tell Mrs Orc when you find YOURSELF being presented as her new knick-knacks? And what is Mrs Orc going to say? Alternatively, what do you think that I - as her new pendant - will say? Whatever happens, your marriage will soon take a new turn!
The bonkiness I had in mind for this duel (are we now officially rivals re: Mrs Orc? ) also originally involved playing Stronghold, either as my über-cool Kraal the orc master (Mrs Orc is sooo in love with him) - or  even better, as a Shaman of opposite reputation?! As you wrote; "They are the least played faction and the deserve at least one good chance to prove themselves useful." That's an epic good chance, I think.
Otherwise I'll find a young mage to charm her. Because she's mine. <3
P.S.
I'm sorry I didn't find you so we could duel yesterday. I checked in the chatroom and didn't see you, so I went campaigning in the Sky City where I forgot to think about time. When I quit I saw that you were online in Uplay, so I restarted the game but couldn't contact you there.

Nameless vs Gameslayer
I'm just reporting that i manage to overcome the mighty Gameslayer.
He decided that he wants to upload the battle on his youtube channel so i won't spoil you the fun.
Anyway i still think that haven might vs orcs magic is not a fair matchup, i had better arties and gameslayer didn't know that stone skin doesn't work (please people read the known issues and bug list that's a game changer).
I'm waiting for the other finalist.

Worked fine for me last I checked. Were you attacked only by might units or were there magical ones as well?

Indeed I have been defeated by nameless's OP haven!
Despite this match being in the bonkers cup, we both agreed to not play bonkers due to him claiming that haven might tears beats all orcs. I felt that this was a challenge I could not resist. As i put it: A NO-HOLDS BARRED CAGE MATCH!
So I decided to try something he may not have seen before, and went with orc magic tears. This fact I definatly regretted later on. My plan was to max out my earth magic power and use the incredibly over-powered mothers blessing to dominate him through sheer numbers.
My first problem occured when I realised mothers blessing was in the paragon school, not the earth school. Unperturbed I still went with my earth strategy, because I had already decided my plans and we can only PRESS FORWARD! Besides, mass stone skin is supposed to give me 30% might resistance, no way can he kill anything when i've got that on.
My artifacts were pretty poor, but i got a lot of initative artifacts, so at least I'd win that.
Then came to the start of the battle. Here was my second problem: The terrain was very closed. This meant I could not charge. I LIKE TO CHARGE! So I had to quickly develop a defensive formation.
Then I looked at our hero stats.... oh dear. With 35 might defence and 19 magic defence I had problems, especially since my magic power was only 18. He had more magic defence as a MIGHT hero than I had power as a MAGIC hero. Oh god I rememebr why I hate tears heroes...
Still, using the standard strategies of puppet mastering the glories I kept him from doing much for the first turn. He used sun crusaders to charge through the terrain, straight into my entire army. Perfect. ATTACK!
Mothers Earth. Bloodrage 4. ATTACK!
His stack almost dead I felt that I could very easily grind this out, taking out his stakcs one at a time.
THEY JUST WONT DIE! Seriously, matryrdom along with resilience along with insane might defence just stopped his units from dying. Now my units are dying. Ok, time to play more defensive. MASS STONE SKIN! His response? Mass ice armour!
Ok what the hell is happening? My units are dying EVEN FASTER!. Ice armour should only increase the damage recieved by 20%, yet my game is telling me mass stone skin is still decreasing the damage by 30%. We shoudl be doing nothign to each other... and yet I'm stil dying.
I lose without killing a single stack of his army, he never used his pretoreans, vestals and almost never used his blazing glories. With his griffins crusaders and angels he wiped out my entire army... I wish I had chosen orc might blood for this. G_G

i'd like to answer that. Basically vestals were healing and praetorians were defending archers and glories. Another reason is that i cast intimidation and your core units couldn't attack my elites. Your cores have much higher ini so if i was to push forward with my cores you'd have a free strike on them. So i didn't and for around 2 turns yours cores simply stood watching the slaughter (i mean remnants of them stood).

So if I kicked your @ss with stronghold then haven would be weak? It's shamans that have the problem, not stronghold. They deal pathetic damage(esp as tears) while paladins can shrug off ridiculous amounts of dmg, a bad combination.

Elvin please, b4 you do the talk walk the walk, put ur money where your mouth is.
I think u've had a pretty dream in which you beat my haven with orcs but honey (LOL), that wasn't real.
You not gonna beat haven tears with orcs. Period.

Not to take anything awy from gameslayer, and perhaps different terrain and this stone skin query slayer probably would have given nameless a much tougher run if not win, however I believe elvin should play nameless and test this claim?!?

I have no interest in H6 anymore, maybe after the addon is released. PS I am talking from experience, not out of my @ss. Those who have played me should know.

Nah emp, I simply cannot play tears I just don't have the mind set for it. I LIKE TO KILL THINGS!
Mothers blessing makes all your units immune to damage and deal 21% more damage for 1 turn, and I felt I could be a 1-trick pony with it since it's insane in campaign, and I've never tried it in a duel before
I would like to try again with orc blood might sometime, because then perhaps I'll have enough damage to actually deal with your huge defence.

On a serious note: since i've joined the HC i've been pretty clear that i consider stronghold the weakest race in duels. Of course shamans are really weak but even stronghold might is imho the weakest (necro and inferno being the strongest for me) although not so underpowered as magic.
And even though i joke a lot i also talk from experience: i've played haven quite a few times. And im not challenging anyone b/c the difference in skills might be big enough to overcome some imbalances. I just feel a clear difference when facing stronghold or other races.

Wait, i said sth about skills levels and balance? Of course im the best and that's the main reason why im winning versus Stronghold. And when i wrote 'difference in skills' i actually meant that... well... I'm just more skillful I hope everything is clear now. The matchup is balanced but i'm not .
