Bug report. The patch, agaim, restarted all counters for the "general" achievments. (the patch, or the start of a new map. In both cases it is a bug that should not happen ( I will investigated more on this topic later).

The cool downs on spells are not working. At least not in the Final Campaign tears mission with Kiril.

Tactics is still broken in 1.8
Big units cannot be rearranged.
Now we will have to wait another 1-2 months...

Really!? So what is fixed then?
Did they at least fix the BUY THE SAME artifacts from the Adv. Marketplace many times (by doing Save/Load/Save/Load) bug?

This is something I'll never understand. I get that new patches can bring new problems, but when old problems still exist, who the hell is testing these things and who is giving the okay for it to be released if there are still problems? And don't say maybe they missed them. If people can find them within 5 minutes of starting a new game, there is no way a group of testers should be missing it.

I' still thinking about this too. There is no answer... And who the heck made this patch? I feel, If I don't get the answer soon I will die as a stupid mouse.
WOW It was dramatic.
Actually My theory is (If I can call this a theory), the patches are made by an/the Ubisot insider programmer group and I think this is doesn't will change till the Heroes 6's end.
Amm sorry, I'm a fast grammerer.

- Sandro starting as a might hero bug/glitch (or intended?) still present
- Sandros model on the battlefield has a standard Necromancer model...
- sometimes spell/unit attack effect animations are not shown when a unit is killed
- on the adventure map added effect little icons are not always shown (for instance when you acquire reputation points, or if you visit a structure that adds effects in the next battle etc.)
- when Water Elemental casts Ice Bolt the effect icon shows +100% instead of -100% movement value
- when I open the Campaign window the game freezes for a bit like it was loading. It didn't happen before...
- disappearing griffin dive animation still present
- not a big bug I suppose, but the "Finesse" achievement, that should have been fixed in 1.8, was unlocked when I loaded a save, a couple of turns after I defeated Giovanni. So it was unlocked, but with a slight offset. Also I'm not quite sure, if I really defeated him in less then three weeks. I think a month already passed when I fought with him...
- Azkaal's portrait shows a different face then the boss has on it's concept art in the Bestiary. The portrait has different color, and has a mandiable-like horns, while the concept has a reptilian like head...
- After I clicked on portraits in the Bestiary I loaded a game save. In the first battle instead of my heroes portrait there was the Bestiary creature's portrait
- Polish version: Hourglass of Order description says it give +3 morale per turn instead of -3
- Polish version: English text in the description of ability which increases Dragonwraiths power with each heal (don't remember the name)
- Polish version: Staff of Netherworld has 0 value in most abilities
- Polish version: localization error present from day 1: Nullcaster instead of the name of the unit in Fate Weavers ability that damages attackers
- Polish version: some basic spells have the description of their mass versions (that they attack multiple enemy units), like Ice Armor or Weakness
Those are all minor things, but they are testing the patches, no?
EDIT: Another one. I cannot put my Marksman (and other units) into a tower when defending in Heaven town (of course, I have the Tactics ability). I didn't check if this is also an issue in other towns. It was already "hard" to put a unit into a tower, and now it's impossible :/

you have to download it manually.my game usually autopatches but with this one i had to do it manually.
as for the patch.
ok the tactics bug is gone for me.
the spring spirits.mizu kamis have the water strike.
thank god localiazation was fixed and those "unreachable" areas in the game were a big bummer you know? just thinking that they were there and i couldn't reach them...
still the seraphs have the one-charge ressurection ability and their downgrade the two-charge one. why upgrade?
i cannot use the zillion new portraits i have bought for the
hero creation:/
the combat sound is still chipmunk-ish in any speed above zero.
and have you guys noticed that the "weekly" statues only work for one battle and not for the week? it's cool(NOT!)
my magic heroes do not learn firestorm because fireball does more damage for almost the same area (i wonder who proposed the fireball to be made a 4x4 spell).
pfff i will sound like a whiny fan but with the new heroes(taverns) and artifact sets missing from the campaigns (i'm a single player mostly) the game is almost the same for me. ok patch 1.8 did balance some things but i want to see zero bugs and then balance.

Seems to be have been a temporary issue, still, interesting. No idea what caused it.

Yeah, yeah. Same as before.
TWO issues:
1) Sometimes when you attack a monster on the map or a town, you get a black screen with music playing. Closing all web browser tabs may help - it seems Adobe Flash may be causing this, so Flash ads in a web browser make this worse.
2) Sometimes for no rhyme or reason the town screen will freeze. Not sure what causes this, even if you do not have a web browser open it will happen.
Using latest Nvidia GeForce drivers with a Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 videocard and Windows 7 64-bit, SP1.
Some users reported that rolling back to May 2012 drivers may fix this (issue 2), but I do NOT want to do that.

The frozen status doesn't work half the time. It can really drag a sanctuary army down when you're trying to kinda go for that.

With the cumulative patch around, I wonder what happens, if the game is completely de-installed, then re-installed and patched cumulatively...
Did someone give that a try?

New patch broke the Glories:
1. If it attacks a Vampire Lord currently Out of Time, it holds its position no matter what.
2. Two times out of two, Glories could only be healed on the first turn, every heal after that fails, including Blade of Mercy,(if deployed after waiting with Angels) Guardian Angel 4,and presumably hero's Heal. Whichever method of healing was selected, it wasn't shown how much they would be healed, nor how many would be resurrected, just the name of the Blazing Glories. Further testing needed to determine the exact nature of this bug, but I thought it best to report anyway.
EDIT: Strange, on third try, everything worked fine
Fourth try: After dropping below a certain amount,(to be determined, about ten-ish from an original stack of Elvin's Duel Map) healing effects stop working on them. Lame

Try this:
1. Go to “Options Menu”
2. Select “Video” tab
3. Select “High” from the “Texture Quality” drop down list
4. Select “Apply” and then “Close”

In an ordinary Duel, Sanctuary vs Stronghold, Might Over Magic made some of the Orcs COMPLETLY IMMUNE to all kinds of Magic damage!
Either its a bug or its in grave need of a nerf.

Since they apparently messed things up yet again, can someone in the know answer this?
Is there any talk on a hotfix coming or are they officially done with patching now? I want to restart the campaigns, but I don't want to do so until I know the game is at it's final stage with no more updates coming.
