2. The ability to rapidly shift something forward in time* (making something older than it really is, can be used to heal someone by aging them, crumbling an inanimate object to dust, etc). This magic can also be used to slow something's progression through the time stream, but cannot actually freeze something completely. These powers affect a being's perception of time, anything affected by this magic with a conscience will feel like they are watching a still photograph that they cannot move in when being fast forwarded** and that everything else is moving around them rapidly while being slowed.
*This does not move them along the time stream (no time travel), just makes them older as if they had lived a few months, days, years longer.
**Not being able to do things for the equivalent of months at a time causes paranoia, delusions, etc.
