If judging all by actions of a few is fine then I am sure that you would understand and accept the justice of your death if a few russians did something really bad. Or could it be that you do not play by your own rules and that you have no principles? If I was as crazy as you are(if you are even a real person) then I could say the same about russians but that would be both stupid and immoral of me. And do you really think that killing more than 20% of the world population is going to make the world a better place?

Not much, we had two suicide bombers in the capitol with 95 dead, only 4 days ago. So all news flood is focused on that. Why? What is happening over there?

i was actually going to ask you about that, artu; but i wasn't sure if this was the thread for it or not. how far away from things were you? i know istanbul is a large city and all, but i was wondering.

Recently I've heard one piece of news where Netanyahu expressed his opinion on the goverment of the Palestine Autonomy. I don't remember what he said precisely, only thing sure is that he expressed a lot of negativity in his comment (what was rather expected.) Why do you ask? We're going to have parliamentaly elections next Sunday, so a bulk of media's focus is put towards that issue.

Istanbul is not the capitol, Ankara is. Think of Istanbul like New York and Ankara like Washington D.C. So, I was in an other city.
Since, the last election in June, there is constantly bombings and shootings, especially in the south-eastern region but nothing of this scale so far. Everybody blames everybody at the moment, everything is just a smoking gun. The bombers are said to be ISIS oriented and that makes a lot of sense since they are fighting the Kurds on the border and HDP and its followers were the most common participants of the protest. (HDP is the political party of the Kurdish movement originally but they recently position themselves as a mainstream opposition against Erdogan and his muslim-conservative AKP, calling for the support of "all citizens of Turkey no matter what their ethnicity is.")
On November the first, there will be another election, since after June, nobody could agree on a coalition and no new government was established. Some say AKP provokes all this to scare away the voters who supported HDP in order to prevent Erdogan from getting enough majority in the parliament to change the constitution and switch to a system of presidency without a prime minister but I don't think they would go this far and directly organize such bombings.
Still, as long as the situation and the outcome of the election in November is unpredictable, a chaotic chain of events will sustain, I kind of grew numb to it at this point.

The reason I ask is because there is a wave of terror in Israel that started about two were ago with Palestinians and a few Israeli Arabs stabbing people all over the country. Currently, we're on 7 dead and several dozens injured. But yeah, doesn't seem like anyone's interested all that much.

Not interested? Hmm. I think a better word would be "normal". It's normal to hear about stabbings and suicide bombers over there. As common as spreading butter on a toast. Really boring.

Heard and read about stabbings in Israel, on a large scale, some shootings also. And about the possibility of this escalating into a third Palestinian uprising against Israel.

Is not that. Is about people realizing that dialog with or about zionazis is worthless. What for, if 90 countries condemn your government and then dad America comes, puts veto then all ok, like nothing happened.
Then what you would expect from a country you constantly oppress, private of essential human rights and colonize, sure they stab and attack in retaliating, this is the war you impose then they answer at their level.

Lots of people in the US are interested but unfortunately we have an anti-Semitic president and other leaders of his party are the same. It is hard to listen to Obama's spokesmen talk about Israeli terrorism because they dare to defend themselves.

All terror acts against Israel are firmly condemned. Every time it happens. But the discourse "we are defending from" is not anymore buying anyone, people wake up and are no longer idiots or ignorants.
One thing is defend, another is mischievously provoking the war by constant illegal colonization. Sure it is awful to see people being stabbed, but also I see no post from you when a 2 yo palestinian baby was burned alive by a jew radical, a few weeks ago. And is me who is impartial?

It was horrible. No doubt about that. Horrible, wrong and should be heavily punished.
The reason I did not revive this thread when that happened is simple. I was sure that it was being correctly covered by the Western media.
Where as in recent stabbings I started seeing some dubious reports about what is happening here, so I wanted to ask all of you how is it being covered. The answers I got seemed to indicate that it is hardly covered at all and in frustration I wrote that "nobody cares" sentence and things seemed to go in a wrong direction from there.
You said that every that all terror acts against Israel are firmly condemned every time they happen. That is the reason I revived this thread. To see if it is really condemned this time. So is it? At least on the news? Or is it being ignored? Or is it shown that all of this is Israel's fault somehow?
I'm not asking to provoke. I really want to know how this is being covered.
