Yes playing with Xorm. Garant has fire and prime whereas Xorm only fire....but suits my strategy fine....with busting creatures and damaging spells....no time for prime! Yes weakness is dark and de-buffing spells against me, but don't want to last more than 6 turns to decimate enemy anyway

I am now playing for the 30 wins in all factions.
I have a few nice builds stocked up despite not having a single assassin. OTK(ish) Kaiko is probably the best one out of them but destructive Shaar and Ishuma are pure awesomeness. 
Here are the links to Ishuma and Shaar replays if you want a little peek. I'm not giving away Kaiko as I think she's a little too good for now. ^^

You play replays by placing them in your gamedata folder under DoC install and opening by game.exe btw.
You can safely remove all of the old *.replay files in the folder as they are unplayable at the modern client. Cleans up the folder nicely.

So I am a noob for DoC. I got several questions, hope you guys can enlighten me 
1) Apparently I can't play this offline. Is there any way to play this offline vs AI?
2) How long is the campaign? I have finished the second campaign and no other campaign story is available. That's it?
3)I got several card with golden glow. The creature, its abilities, costs etc are exactly the same with the one without golden glow. What is this golden glow, and what is the use of it?

You can't play offline an online game The campaign is added bit by but so it's just 3 campaigns for now(including the boot camp tutorial). The yellow glow just signifies that this is the first time you get this card(as foil or normal).

You can always replay the campaing or choose practice vs ai. But those won't grant you any experience or gold.
The shiny cards are worth more in the infernal pit in terms of determining chance to get the card offered.

@Esvath -> the golden glow could also be a premium card (exactly same as normal card). There are achievements for getting 50 premium cards.

Oh, sorry. Thought esvath meant the outline in some cards when you open a pack.

You see my name is Mark Eckermann and I used to love the red double decker busses...

Oh, so that's premium card. No additional benefits, right? That's too bad 
Anyway, I enjoyed the game very much! I got beaten by anyone with skill more than 100, never thought that I am that bad in card game 
Any tips on how to collect proper cards to build a deck? Especially Event cards?

This game is a lot like rock paper scizzors in that certain combinations are better or worse against certain others. There is a substantial amount of luck involved(your starting hands, getting the right cards from packs etc) but as you play more you will see what kind of decks there are around, how to face them and how to cover your weaknesses.
For the record, apart from unique cards every other can can have up to 4 duplicates in your deck. So older players have an advantage since they are more likely to have maxed the cards they want and have an easier time drawing them. Don't worry about that, just play the existing campaigns(should get you over 700 seals) and after 3 levels you should get 1000 seals and buy the box(contains 10 packs). From there on buy reinforcement packs for 12500 and your deck should improve fast. Try to have 59 cards and about 30 units / 20 spells and/or fortunes for now, it might help. The golden line is 4 might 4 magic so don't put very strong units/spells as you are unlikely to advance your stats that much. There are more variations as 3/6/1 or 5/4/1 or 4/1/4 etc but don't try to boost your stats well beyond that. For instance having units with 6 might, spells with 5 magic and fortunes with 4 fortune in the same deck is just not going to work, try to specialize.
From there on a lot depends on your hero and build, if you post what you have we might be able to help.

Developers Bulletin #3 (April 4th 2013)
- North America players can now join and play the game.
- Second expansion on the way. More than 100 new cards, I guess another faction will join the fray (Dungeon? )
- Updates on payment sistem, friendlist, chat, FB/Twitter integration.
Looks quite good
