Where are you from and where do you live?
Since we discuss lots of global stuff here, I thought it would be handy and nice to know where everyone is from, has been to and where they are currently living. The thread can pop up lots of traveling stories too.
I am originally from Turkey, Ankara. I lived in Cyprus for six months and since my early twenties I've been living in Istanbul.
I've been to U.S. Florida, London, Italy (Rome, Venice and Floransa), Edinburgh and Cayman Islands.

About me - I was born in Torrelavega, Cantabria, Spain. And I have been living there since then, a small city of ~50k people or such, several km to the sea...a very rainy area I must say.
Since I'm in 4/5 or the carreer, I really hope to go to another country to study a bit more or even work
(There's no chance of working in Spain, almost 6 millions of unemployeds  )

There is a separate forum for the IRL stuff, OSM. Or, the Tavern would also do. This is not another game, is it? 
Anyways, I am from Iisalmi, Finland, born and raised. I have been to Turkey, Ankara (btw, ankara = strict in Finnish) & Estonia, but that's it.

I am from France, I took a degree in engineering, but there were no jobs, so I immigrated from Serbia to France and now works as a Piano teacher. My students are disappointing me while I work as a chemist professor in Chicago. Occasionally I'm part of the Israeli army as an engineer, or the Greek army. I have been stationed at Cyprus, and I have been homosexual in Turkey. My father took me to a brothel, but I could not make love with the girls, and I despise Turkey for how they treat gay men. I like to grow my beard in America, and I am looking for a husband in Australia, as we're too many woman. In my spare time I'm a car dealer in Münich, where I enjoy losing in Champions League, that is, if I'm not trying to get my girlfriend to Amercia, so we can get married. I traveled from Russia to USA where I found a girlfriend who hugged me, because USA is the best country in the world, but I am stuck in Poland where everything is expensive, and I wish I could go to USA. Otherwise I'm an ordinary Swedish dude who calls other people racists and gets my face cut open.
Once me, me, me, and I, met in a car and we also met myself in Münich. I even made a thread about it. I was very thin, had lost my beard, but was still tall and bulky. In Belgium they had waffles.
Edit: Oh, btw., did I mention I got married, but still hate my job as a lawyer? It was pretty difficult to make it fit with attending college here in USA of course, as I am only eternally 15. Also I have a crush on this girl from my school in Serbia.

Occasionally I mix it up badly, however. Take the other day for example. I was giving a lecture on nanomachines in molecular chemistry, when I accidentally ended up selling a brand new car to every single student. Now I am at a headache of how to transport the cars from Münich to Chicago, not to mention my rates are gonna drop.

As my profile says, I am from Sweden and am a proud west gothlander.
I have been in these countries...
Sweden: Obviously...
Norway: Only a quick trip across the border.
Denmark: Drive-through back and fourth and 3 trips to Legoland when I was very small.
Germany: Drive-through back and fourth and a visit to my half german cousins who used to live in Niedersachsen when I was very small.
Switzerland: Drive through.
Italy: stayed in a city near Pisa for a few days during a vaction last summer which also resulted in the drive through of other european countries.
Austria: Drive through.
Liechtenstein: Drive through and found a restaurant sharing my last name.
Czech Republic: Drive through.
France: Vacation in Paris.
Spain: Vacation trips to Mallorca and Canary Islands, not mainland.

Born in Pe'cs Hungary, came out here to England to live with the other-side of the family.
Been to Germany, France, Belgium and Austria, didn't think much of them, Germany's roads are quite decent but nothing else really stuck out.
