Timidly Rose says "This writing here" indicates the 'odd language' that is not quite elven "is Dragon. The elves learned language from them, so a lot of ancient elven comes from it. I don't understand all of it, but if we could get Uncle Merlin here he could have it change shape or 'travel' it doesn't say how it travels though. If it is like Sparrowflight it can travel through space, time, and dimension. This one word." indicates the Elven word for floor "is Elvish for floor, but it doesn't have any connection to any of the other runes..at all. Just a single word."
'G' is not really paying attention to what she says. He sort of growls. "Guys we have a problem. Sounds like they are getting ready to put you know who into that body. We can't just leave it..and we can't stay because we are way outnumbered. There has got to be a way to destroy that thing."
Jet nods "Aye, I could get to it and destroy it, but it is a suicide mission. IF I can sneak past all those eyes, and IF I can reach the construct..I can destroy it..but the second I do I will be noticed..and there will be no sneaking BACK out."

Jeddite nods along with Rose, idly wondering if there was a bit of elvish in her blood. If so, it didn't matter... she wasn't nearly close enough to a half breed to show any signs, and thus wasn't much of an affront to all that is natural. Besides, he was assigned to protect her regardless. Personal feelings would have to be put aside for the moment. "If you destroy the body, they will just remake it anyway. No... what we need to do is throw them into confusion somehow. Knock out the core of their group or cause some kind of collapse... Perhaps request the aid of the spirits behind us?"

Dorn eyes flashed as Rose translated the Elvish rune to be floor, but then the conversation was derailed by 'G' and Dorn let the rest speak their mind.
"I don't think it matters 'ow strong he gets in that body. We be in no shape to stop 'im now. Unless..." Dorn stroke his beard thoughtfully, " that Elvish word must have meaning. And we know there be a password to control the castle. I thought that rune be something else but we might as well try. With a whole castle at our command we might stand a chance."

Austin smiled as he thought about how easy it would be if they could have this castle do anything they wanted. First thought that came to mind was slamming the walls together in that room, crushing them instantly, and not having to deal with the lot of them. Though, maybe there was some other way they could handle this.

Rose shakes her head "The castle pretty much already said it can't help us as long as it's owner is still among the living. I guess it could be the password the poppers mentioned. They are a bit strong, but even if we give the password they might not help..."

Jet nods "Something's bothering me though. If you had a couple ton of Mithril being guarded by something that needs a password to get past..would you really have the password just out in the open like that? Granted not many self respecting Dwarves speak Elvish, but a few can at least read or understand it. So why have the password out like that? I mean the castles name was hidden even, so why not the password?"
"Doesn't matter we can't stay here, they are going to notice the others absence soon..and they will come out in force." Cautions 'G'.
The group ((Besides PC's who can obviously choose to do whatever they wish)) starts to head back toward the Poppers.

The thief quickly got out of everyone's sight and headed toweards the exit.

Jet nods. "I think that is trying to tell us something, but sod knows what."
Rose blinks "What if it means it literally? As in, on the floor. Didn't somebody find some runes on another floor? What if..it means THIS floor? Or it could be even more literal. The poppers said that when we found it, we would realize it was under our nose the whole time. What if this is just a hint? Like it could be the dwarven word for floor, or maybe Mithril? But that doesn't make sense..as that is what they were guarding. Maybe..what is on top of the Mithril? Like Brick? Or maybe.."
'J' speaks up. "We get it. Could be many things. We have another problem though. I think they are coming our way. We are making too much noise!"

Celestine was about to speak and convince Arian to stay, but the thief disappeared instantly and she just found herself in awe. She cannot believe that he decided to leave them when they need him the most. Her emotions started to enrage, filling with anger and hate. The cleric cannot believe that there were people who would choose to save themselves rather than to defend the people from evil.
However, her long devotion and service to Mishakal thought her discipline. Instead of making dispute about Arian’s decision, Celestine calmed herself and looked at the positive side.
“Maybe he has something more important to do”, she said to herself.
Then she breathed deeply, closed her eyes and prayed to Mishakal for guidance. She then turned to Dorn, followed him and said, “There must be a way. I will not allow that foul creature to succeed. “

"We do not have the necessary force to defeat the army we saw in that chamber. We will come back and sort them out later, I swear." And the Monk had bound himself to another cause with that oath. As they entered the chamber with the Poppers, Jeddite also decided to chime in on the password discussion, "Also, thinking about what the password could be, there are two rather distinct options that we seem to have overlooked. One is that the spirits mean what is ultimately under our noses, i.e. the earth, or that they mean what is directly under our noses. Or 'Lips'." For emphasis, the elf pointed at his lips. "Though, I suppose that since the dwarfs placed them here, it could also be hair, as in mustache hair..." And he said all of that with a straight face.
He's being serious guys.

That mental voice speaks up. "We can not assist you in finding the password, as that is against our orders. However, there is nothing in our orders about not helping you in other ways. Like for instance, we can aid in your battle with the others. Not directly, but indirectly. Like we can tell you that your friend that left had a scroll that could have helped tremendously. Also, we can refresh you..replenishing spells and health completely. Now there is also a way we can help directly. If you can lure them in this room, we can directly destroy them for you, as it could be considered an attack on what we guard. We can tell you that the password has already been guessed, HOWEVER, do not use the wrong password. We will have no choice but to attack you if you do."

Austin, facing the dwarf, shook his head, in a no. Though he had seen several of his instructors cast various spells that could boost their speed, he had never got the hang of such magic.

Jet sighs. "I guess that would be me. I can get to the body without being seen, which only leaves getting out. If J has the right spell memorized. I might actually make it.."
J sighs. "I'm not skilled enough yet to cast haste."
Jet nods "Well, that is the spell that would be most useful."
'G' thinks a bit. "Well .. we could always cause a diversion..if we are all healthy and have all the spells we can have.. it can be done. Maybe even get lucky enough to draw some in here for our floating friends here."

If someone can cast strength on him instead of haste that would 'elp too. The other fast one," Dorn points at Jeddite "will run with you to provide assistance. The rest of us... I guess we could split into small groups along the way to create several distraction on the enemies' way back 'ere to the floating thingies."
