It seems that Conflux was rushed in yet another way...
...music-wise.
While I know that the length of a theme isn't the best way to judge it, but look at it - Conflux's theme is 1:23 - much shorter than all other town themes in the RoE.
(to compare - the shorter RoE town theme was the Fortress', at 1:58 - over half a minute longer than Conflux's. The longest one belongs to the Tower, being 3:46 minutes long.)
As someone pointed out (can't remember who and in what thread, sorry!), but this Stinger art is essentially that art.
For shame, NWC. For shame.

So? Conflux's theme is a good one. You say yourself that length isn't a good way to judge it.

It may be short, but for me, the best, most engaging of the HoMM3 town music. Still, it is not on par with the best HoMM2 town music (specifically certain Price of Loyalty themes)...

Yes, of course. After all, they have to scratch almost everything of Forge town and make conflux in little time.

No.
I am saying that if it actually came out in SoD and we got Forge for AB instead, it would be, in all likelihood, much different, or at least longer.

Haha, star trek - respect. But i think it lacks the "evilness" that forge should have. Perhaps some guitar distortions or something?

I like Conflux. They were rushed town yes but I always liked Elmentals and I was really happy when they added town with them. But about music who cares how short or long town theme is? It is great theme thou so what lenght matters?
