The TURBO WOG (1.0 MB) file have been removed

This Map got me again pretty good...

Started a Master of Wealth game, difficulty Hell, "just to check it out" and now I am heading for Wystan m4w4. I must say I quite enjoy it. The faction is quite strong , much better than it was 1st time I played that faction and ...ye is quite good, will prolly check master of elements (the only faction I never played with).

Harder hero for me, with every faction (except MoD) is Gerwulf.

Will come back with some screens later if I manage to get close to the finish.

what's up with Salamandre? why isn't he around anymore? Everything good mr. Valery?

This was the speed I've been looking for, everything else is grate as far as I'm concerned!!

Btw, am heading for Zubin now. Been puting in alot of hours just to get every thing perfecto

But I got some tricks up my sleeve to save me from wasting a whole lot of hours later in game!!

I love how you can use the teleportation shrines like mini dimension doors, no seriously they are very helpful in some situations



Anyways, there is somethings am wondering about.
I know commodus should be advancing all the time! but..

How should I spread out battling among my heroes, does is make any big difference later in game? Is it beneficial to let commodus take a whole lot more battles? And why if so?

This game by itself is just one of a kind, and all this map editing and modifying people have been putting into it...I'am kinda speechless.

This work of art should be the foundation of strategy games.

your secondary heroes should battle for the sake of Commodus, as in saving time and movement points on main hero. Main reason for that, especially in Difficulty 5 or 6, is to save in game time . The faster you complete it, the greater your chances to not be overwhelmed by the fast growing AI.

in a MoW game tough, secondary heroes Must do battles to gain experience. Your income is related to that and is a very strong feature you should take advantage of. Otherwise Commodus does the main quest, the secondary heroes do the chores.

cuz I thought, maybe the more battles I do with 1 hero the greater the bonuses gonna be later.

I just got the Orb of Fire btw, after 100 battles with commodus

if a hero , who will special level up, has orb of fire in inventory (better equip it, to be sure) he will not receive it again so you might wanna plan that.

related to your previous question regarding how to plan battles, is good to have as many fights as possible with main hero, because battles mean special level ups, but you can't clear everything with main hero anyway. might wanna check a screenshots with number of fights I made in my previous MoS game. A secondary hero was having more battles won than main hero.

All Skills special levels feature

At special level up though Commodus got all skills he still recieves all skills bonus thus wasting bonus. You can see it in my save. Just let Commodus have a battle in a dragon cave.

I managed to escape this two times as level ups happened to be in the end of week right before my MP ends, but 3rd time may be fatal one.

My worst predictions came true and all skills bonus appeared 3rd time without an opportunity to wait 'till week's end unless I want to lose about a week doing nothing.

Imps to demons?

"Late game, you will have many towns, every of
them producing 50-60 imps weekly. This means 500-600 demons every week."

How can I upgrade those imps, nowhere i can't see this option. I'm on 1m3w, have 2 castles and 1 secondary hero (from prison)..

I decided to make some compilations with MoE as I saw somebode said that it's slow. In some post I saw MoS did 70-80 CB's in one day. Now look at following two screenshots:






 I guarantee no more that 13 normal battles were done by secondary heroes and that Commodus cleared zero CB's. If you count everything, you get about 131 CB's were cleared that day.
 Not only MoE clears CB's fast 'because of shrines, I managed to end game by 4.3.7. New spoils helped much:



 By the way, Had no chestguard when fighting Gurnisson because of Test of the Contractor.

Nicely done, congrats!

However the MoS post was about 80 CB's same day with same hero, because that's MoS bonus: increase mithril reward by 1/CB if same hero, same day.

Pardon me, never played MoS so didn't think it counts only same hero, so not as large bonus as I thought. Thus MoS might clear more CB's per day.

The MoS bonus is very big, increase by 1 from previous CB reward if same hero, same day.

Example, you take the water road between home town and piquedram conflux, each CB will give +1 from previous: +1, +2, +3 etc. If there are 50 CB's on the water and you have water bonus, the last will give

[monthly base reward]+[50].

But I agree with you, if perfectly micro managed, MoE is by far the most overpowered and fun to play. The only backside is that shrines constant removal/placement may destroy the game, as terrain tiles are not always properly updated.

Sure, MoE speed depends on how you manage to jump using temporary shrines. That's the trick.

In my playthrough, starting from Bron, shrines stopped to corrupt squares after removal, which is surprising. But some of them started to offer me to learn "Summon Boat" spell and new heroes really learn it.
