Exchanging abilities is free of course, but only available to Hell mode. Creature banks MoS bonus remains as previous, +1 and cumulative.
I only doubled the base reward, as in Hell mode, the 25% growth starts on day 29, while in Ouch mode (the one we all played until now), 25% started month 8n until then it was only 15%. It's biggie when we talk about level 8 with thousand of hit points.

Day 28 of the month and next day, Ouch mode (VI)/Hell mode (VII):

With these speed changes,the half price of speed for MoS would be like the 2 casts for MoE-very important.

In Hell mode you will need to buy +3 speed every month and for each creature you use, to stay in competition. Assuming you get your first +1 speed around month 3 or so.

3 Speed for AD + Demons + Efreets = 1800 Mithrils per month, well maybe less if you manage to exchange abilities properly and get Resurrection on AD.

This will make some CBs (on cursed ground) become pain in the ass, probably.

Anyway can MoE's Slow get a little boost on Hell mode? Like maybe max -6 from only -4 like currently?!

Heh. Now there is an additional difficulty and I am asked to modify our bonuses to match it, then will be same as ouch if both sides get rewarded, no?

I am not sure Hell is doable, but will be fun with exchanging abilities, attack all around and demons immune to fire. I will test it one day and see how far I get. I will use MoW naturally, all is about resources.

It's not only about health and speed, but also enemy defense. Dracoliches have 360 defense, with 40% reduction it stays at 216. You won't scratch them.

Wait 40% reduction where? I thought Reduce Def is flat reduction (ignore 40 points of Def) rather than %, so which one is correct?

With 320 defense I still could send them in grave, so I will need more damage anyway. Or more rebirths on efreets, will see.

40% of defense is reduced I think. Hard to know exactly without seeing the internal code.

In some maps and situations -40 Flat is actually better than -%, but in Hell mode when it's possible for enemies to reach 500+ Def or more -% is god compared to flat.

Also if it's really -% then I think I would be happy if Death Blow is gone and replaced with another Reduce Def slot.

I just tested and it looks like defense has also caps, while going from 300 to 2000 defense reduced my damage by 90%, going from 300 to 600 did not modified it at all. Joy.

Formula for calculating damage is known since game release Mostly depends on how much attack you have for comparison.

This is one thing, the other are the unknown caps. Of course in my test I had same attack/damage, only the enemy defense was changed. So far I did not see anywhere someone releasing the caps for damage if attack bonus, still unknown to me, you got something?

Could help to no more waste mithril to buy attack/defense after a certain point.

Would be good in Hell mode enemy heroes to not have a haste spell.
Players should be very careful not to allow AI to use it.

Tested Devils with 50 attack vs dracoliches with 300 defense, same result as 4000 attack vs 300 defense. Will look at those percentages, must be somewhere in the library forum.

And a leather dressed lady spanking us with a horsewhip, while we are at. I found that more difficult is the battle, less I use bless or prayer, they take too much time to become powerful. So I go for clone, protect with efreets, frenzy every turn, earthquake and so on.

Even I myself laugh crazily at this, Bless adds up crazily and uses the new damage as base for the next round, hence it is actually much crazier than just x2 at sight.

Anyway Reduce Def is easy to test I guess, set it to 100, AD atk to 60, round dmg (for example 50 damage min max), then test against something that has like 5000 Def, if Reduce Def is % you will still crush it because you completely ignore the target Def, if it's flat then AD will barely deal any damage at all.
