Btw,  I uploaded last version today, with arena and a few scripts improved + pasis bug fixed. If install new, first delete old.

I think is related to Pasis only, AI on XXL map is taking a lot of time. Once Pasis is neutralized or stops for red tent, turns will be instant as other AI heroes don't move.

Had same problem in Conquistador mod, with 6 AI heroes moving on XXL, full armies and such, it took it up to 3-4 minutes. Nothing to do against, original code.

I'm not sure if its related, but its much faster without HD-Mod. I'll see if something changes when Pasis stops. Thanks for response Sal

Sorry for double post, but indeed the speed became better after Pasis defeat.

Another question: I play also MoE now, is there any reason why I can't cast twice vs Pasis?

EDIT: Not only vs Pasis, but sometimes double cast doesn't work at all, after beating Pasis (double cast started to work since 2nd turn) I attacked Wights (ore mine guardians) and I couldnt cast twice as well.
EDIT2: I can't cast vs anybody now

It works except when you fight only with god of mana in your army. This creature is hardcoded and is not really considered as battle stack.

Ah, that explains it all, I wanted to save devils from Pasis so I gave all the other stacks to Rion for some creeping while Commodus was owning with Lightning Bolt

Yeah, I don't know how Slava hard-coded the Gods, but the stack erm commands always ignore them, and there is nothing I can do, within my knowledge.

For MoE (and all others, when bonus is activated), to have cast twice, you must have a regular creature with you. And also for second casting, must click on hero head, keyboard "c" key does not respond anymore after first cast.

Hmm, why does creature splitting with CTRL + LMB from HD-Mod not work? Splitting with button in hero window is very time consuming

HD mod is not configured for wog or era.

Press ctrl+right-click on army stack to open split dialog. (ctrl or shift, I don't remember which)

Wow, amazing, I've finished map 2 times already and didn't know that

How about 1-click upgrading stack to Ace level? Anything like that possible?

EDIT: Any tips? Obviously its MoE + Hell.

Defeating Selena is not required to advance further, thus this battle can be delayed.

But if you want to win it now, you need efreets with resurrect, then of course send efreets hit both dragons, then they retaliate killing sylvans, then use big devils stack to hide in a corner, then use 4x resurrect/hypnotize double cast to remain alive and create living obstacle between devils and dragons. Then attack/return.

It is also possible that if you don't have attack all around ability, he does not get out so you can remain on your side and resurrect each turn both stacks of devils killed by sylvans. Try different setups.

With MoE should be doable month 4.

I'm gonna try with Efreets, that might be a good idea. They helped me very much vs Shiva (gave me enough time to block her army until I killed TBs and covered everything with quicksand) but I didn't think of using them here, will see.

Also I don't have attack all around yet, and still she gets out every 2nd turn no matter what I do. Wish me luck

 Serena is doable even month 3 with much less AD's, even if diamond dragons, sylvans and pegasi got hatred against AD's. She may get out of castle because of high amount of AD's, try decreasing them, you can kill everything except diamonds with spells anyway. If sylvans kills your AD's way too fast, then trade attack for higher defence. Bottom sylvans stack, the one with good abilities, should be decimated first, and this is possible round 1 (at least at month 3), don't forget to leave some of them for hypnotize. If you block top sylvans with efreets, which is possible because of bug which causes this stack to lose it's abilities, one of pegasi will go to attack it opening a way for living shield, as Valery suggested. Next round hypno and go block AD's with efreets, block topmost sylvans with efreets (you will have enough of them provided you have summon clone), from round 3 winnig is easy.

Btw. next idea, only in theory now: it should be possible to trade knowledge for defense after gathering double mana, right?

Also what do you think about Wystan month 4? Almost everybody in his army got hatred vs ArchDevils

What is double mana? Spring? There are two arcane towers on the map, you can swap any primary skill at.

Hatred is a feature supposed to spice the fights, without it you just follow a pattern, with it you are forced sometimes to change your habits.

I won't take it out

yea, i mean magic spring. For MoE knowledge is basically useless as you can place shrine near Arcane Tower and just drain all knowledge after having your mana points doubled in magic spring

good old TEW is updated I c, this is def a map I know how to play

Just started the map last night on hardest difficulty.

This map captures me so well...I loved it before, and even still more now!

I wacked Jaeger last night, and moving on.

Turbo mode is grate, well done script makers

YEPP, am gonna grind the hell out of this map tonight!!
