Battle Worlds: Kronos (hex TBS) KS
A turn-based strategy game on hexes, similar to Advance Wars, Battle Isle, Panzer General.

6 days left. Until then, you can fund it for a minimum of $20 to get the full game once it's released. Will have single player scenarios, campaign, multiplayer including PBEM, map editor, and random map generator.
Before you say "It looks like Wesnoth" - this game has 3D graphics, nice animations, no randomness, and will likely have cinematics. You can see the game in motion here:

It's like a modern remake of Nectaris (Which was released for the TurboGrafx 16 in North America as "Military Madness").
(BTW, they released the Win 95 version of that as freeware about 10 years ago or so)
