Heroes: Golden Dawn

It will be a fundamental change of the atmosphere and style of Heroes. Changing graphics, interesting script and full distance from original Enroth.
Heroes for me is first of all a fairy tale, unsaid exciting legend about the misty mountains and the ivory towers ...
And such a little unsaid and slightly abstract fairy tale and I'll redo for Heroes.
Mechanics will change too but I do not planed revolutionary ideas. The focus is on style change from classical Heroes fantasy to the other not trivial fantasy.

Already done:
+ Three reworked cities (Castle, Necropolis, Inferno)
+ Several re-drawed neutrals
+ Triple upgrades
+ Redrawed all war machines except ballista
+ Biographies for the units
+ Added the gods (you need 25 Mithril and enter the city to have patron-god)
+ Some change of units properties
+ Redrawed the dwelling of Crusaders and Paladins (they have replaced angels and archangels) on the world map.
+ New portraits of heroes
+ New pictures of heroes on the battlefield
+ Flags of the parties replaced with the coats of arms

What is planned in the near future:
Reworked Dungeon
Redraw the ballista

Then it is possible to:
Reworked remaining cities
New biographies of heroes and commanders
Redrawed items, spells, artifacts
Small changes like loading screen, new select scenario picture, new music for main menu e.t.c.

And yes the mod so far only in Russian but in order to play new units it can't hurt)

Installation order:
After unpacking throw the folder with the mod in the Mods folder in the root directory of the Era, then, through the Era Start Menu, select control modes and the turn on the three mods Golden Dawn (mainly graphical enhancements), Scripts (scripts) and Yona (multiple scripts, new abilities units). Attention! In the Mods folder will already be a folder Yona, boldly update it.

Is the horseman on the front a commander? If he is, it will be weird when we make him a flyer.


I guess I'll wait (or hope) for the English version for now. Meanwhile bugs will be fixed too by reports from Russian players.

Remark. By "redrawn" you mean ripped or painted by others units.

PS I would be more solid to replace whole towns by Millidor units (it's possible to fill whole 6 towns by them).
With units from other sources they look not fitting.

PS Why use bald and faceless mounted succubs? There are hairy and facy ones available.

Millidor units its good, but they are few and not all successful.

Sexual succubs the mainstream, I am trying to use the original moves so demons-the woman in my mod named Erinia, but the succubs, too, there are like 3 upgrade Erinea's.

around 120 units are few?

PS I'm not critizing project. It's altrough very large and brave.
I found at least 5-6 units, that didn't saw earlier.
I'm talking about look and feel only (I understand, that not many units have "brand" upgrades, modders just take similar).

Yes, because there are none for example none of the demons, almost nothing of the undead. Even for the Castle is much more beautiful in my opinion models extracted from other games or made independently.

The fact that this is the dwarf in Millidor found just you and then probably because they are familiar with Millidor. He outwardly indistinguishable from the people, and the dwarf in the mod will be quite different.

In the archive of the Golden Dawn 3 folders - Golden Dawn (mainly graphics) Scripts (scripts) and Yona (adapted under the Golden Dawn). Write if you have the archive is not so, then I made a mistake in a hurry when the load on the hosting.

Can't I express my own opinion on a FORUM? You deserve a warn for your rude behavior and trolling in your every single sentence.

To stay on topic - many people care. Nobody will play mod with ugly creatures, and that's not the point of modding - the mod isnt supposed to be played by modder but by other people. Quality over quantity.

I like the style of the creatures in my mod If you do not like it - do not download. All it is impossible to please And if critiquing be constructive - what's not to like specifically and why. Can I have listened.
