to all my fellow duelists who have come face to fae with the much beloved Kai's Grand Finale - i wipe a tear from my eye as i recall the events... my flesh vs kai
fortune up

magic up

stone shield
blah blah blah
getting ready to pull the trigger...
i play cosmic balance BANG kai gone, BANG cyclops gone, BANG lots and lots of flaming ending off with... what a fking top event and BANG quit.
too all my fellow duelists, i have struck a blow in "that" community who hides behind their otk, i am not going to tell you how this will end, i am going to tell you how this will begin...

During void rising my Kelthor was known as the KATERMINATOR  Nergal slowpoke was about 50-50 and it was twice as broken as it is today  Cosmic realignment was a must at the time, plenty of otk around.

either way guys, the point is a KAT player got miffed because his carbon copy deck got snowed - the irony - THE IRONY!!!!!!!
you can lead a kat to water but you cant make it drink

The standard is to wait till he gets 3 might 4 fortune and then use cosmic. Pretty much guaranteed he will have grand finale by then.

Few months ago, played Belias self-discard, and with the Pit of Hate managed to discard about 10 cards from Shaar, among those were Cyclop and Kat's Grand Finale. Then I've used Garant's Purge and discarded second Cyclop, the only one left in his deck and the only thing in his deck that could do any damage.
Felt pretty awesome, but at the same time, felt pretty bad for that guy.
