Tell me, please, is there exist a mod that adds the heroes of the campaign to the standard msps, or multiplayer, hot-seat? I still like the character from childhood "Knight on Pegasus," but in this game he was replaced to a strange girl warrior.

I don't know of any such mod, but you should look on D3 fansites, there's a higher chance you'll find something there. And just curious. is there a pegasus knight anywhere in D3? Or do you talk about porting the one from D2?

No... I just don't like new empire leader in this game. Lambert looking more good, however he is just campaign leader.
Unfortunately, I was looking on D3 fansites, but I have no luck with it...
Some years ago one russian modder Denisik have created one mod for D3: Resurrection, what changed female warrior to the male warrior (he was looking like more younger Lambert with black hair) and I have this mod. Unfortunately, this mod is not work on D3: Reincarnation. Maybe someone can help me to convert it for this game? I have mod for Resurrection with all new textures and old voice of Lambert (russian voice). Forgive me my obsession.

Unfortunately, I can't register on this forum. I don't know why. Maybe you can ask about this poblem here for me?
BTW, I can send old mod with Male Warrior Leader for Resurrection. Maybe someone here can convert it for Reincarnation?

You shouldn't get your hopes that high. The game doesn't have that much fan-made content. I'm struggling to find more maps for hotseat, preferably big ones with creature respawns. Couldn't find any, not even on those forums, but it might be that I didn't search enough. That said, I don't think there are too many mods around, especially modifying heroes for Reincarnation.
Would appreciate some more maps for Reincarnation hotseat. If someone can point me to some download sources I'd be grateful

Yeeeey!! Just bought my first game EVER and it's Disciples III Reincarnation   So hyped right now! Adios pirate days. I even managed to get it with the 20% discount. Was kinda tricky to buy it from my mobile phone, cuz my laptop's undergoing repairs in service... which means I can't even play the game, but who cares! I freakin' own a Disciples game on Steam and I'm so happy about it. Totally worth the 23€... which I paid with my mom's credit card. I wonder when she'll find out. As well as what will happen to me then...
Anyway, isn't Reincarnation released on steam a good sign for the franchise? Maybe they'll get enough money to resume developement on the Mountain Clans expansion, what do you guys think?

I had contact with bitComposer, the new publisher. They are working on fixing the toolkit problems. They do not have access to the sources yet but are interested in the franchise. A lot of legal problems have to be solved before this can happen. We have to wait and see.

What do you mean by 'toolkit problems'?
66% off on gamersgate, 6 days remaining. I have no clue if it's the same one that's being sold on steam. That one might have some more bugs fixed or w/e, but I don't know for sure. Someone should try finding out if it's the same version.
Edit: Just installed the game and I can now see what is meant by "Toolkit problems". But they are indeed working on it. Just hoping it'll get english translation too, not only russian.

So I picked up Disciples III: Reincarnation earlier this morning for $10, despite reading that it had not really fixed that much and there were still issues with the game. I decided to fire up the Legion campaign and see how far I could get.
I forgot how god-awful the starts to the campaigns were. No magic, no ability to buy units, evolved enemies who hit harder and get counter-attacks for some reason; it's just awful. I now remember why I never finished the game in the first place.
If anyone has any tips for dealing with the early game garbage, I'm listening. Harhuss (or whatever is stupid name is) is absurdly weak starting out and even the free healer doesn't help much.
EDIT: Nevermind. I refunded the garbage.

Yup, same story here. Was literally playing Disciples 1 for a few months - a hidden gem! Tried D3: Re-in, and after starting 3 different campaigns, it's just TOO HARD. Literally defeating a single creature stack (3 goblins) is likely to kill your army, or most of them. Spent about 4hrs travelling around until realizing it's not worth the time, and H5-7 and KB do the same thing much better.

Just two comments:
Disciples 2 is the game to go with.
If you have problems with D3 you are doing something wrong. You are probably too impatient or don't manage the tactics part well.
That said, D2 (Gold) is the best game in the series and easily worth the pick.
