Town Upgrades

I tried a lot of mods for Era that promised some town upgrades but no one seems to be looking for the same I am, so let me ask:

What to you think of a script to upgrade the resource silo, like  other casle upgradings?

And about to make the skeleton transformer hable to upgrade special dragons to Dracoliches?

I'm also interested in Kalt's Learning Speciality when playing for Neutral Town.
It only gives 100 exp a day, making him a fantastic leaser hero but forever put him apart from the main league.
I think this speciality should instead incrise the probability of receving a bonus prim by 5% for each level, at least if learning 2 is on.

And I would like that Commanders should have a private spell book with some spells (diferent for each class) and sorcery skill requirements to be hable to learn them.
This could somehow take the irracionality of using a commander with the axe and the sword to make a cure or that Soul Eaters start with Animate Dead with no magic skills.

No one likes the Battle Academy and the Arcane Tower or as some one allready developed what I'm now calling a "School of Forgotten Skills", for skills like Pathfinding, Estates and Learning?

Does this makes sense to anyone?
It has made so much sense that is allready developed somewhere and I'd just looked the wrong way?

I both accept and offer help to any of this projects.

For better hero specilities including kalt learning check knightmare heroes.
For better commander mechanics check knightmare commanders.

I may help with commander spell book if you prepare proper dialog. ...

I was hoping you knew how to do it...

I used your commanders and cool as they are, they convinced me even more that the solution can't be add more unselectable spells.

I think the spell and his tooltip are still untouched so maybe they could be accessed and substituted by a spell book, or at least a grid...

I'm new in the community and I discovered WoG last year. I had some programming train some years ago, but I'm just starting to be hable to read erm, have just some general ideas about what is a trigger and a reciver and I'm starting to know where to look for what I need.
It will take time before I'm hable to take care of such a task...
Sorry.

But I will be working on this ideas because with the Era model they can easly be reusable as mods...

P.S. Does anyone knows where is the code that lets the skeleton transformer turn behemoths and hydras in bone dragons. I believe it as to be on WoG, because I tried in Era with all mods except WoG disabled and it works, but didn't found in Wog Options, where I tought it would be
