i can't attack ???

ToE Campaigns 3

i can't attack the last haven town. when i double clicked nothing will happens

what should i do ?

Well, I played campaign several time, and never encountered such issue. Do you use any custom mods? If you do, remove them and try again. Some mods use scripting that may influence map scripts (campaign maps are heavily scripted). This is the only thing that comes to mind.
