She told them not to go, they wouldn't listen. hardly her fault.

And if she has that sort of power, being a seer, she could use it for good.

Good point, maybe it is a god given gift given to her so she can be a super hero. But to be on the safe side I recommend taking her to the Inquisition for a totally safe mental AND physical examination.

There is no more inquisition. I am not for fanatism anyway.

I know her, she wouldn't do evil. And she was one of the few persons in my real life who was always honest to me.

It's not about being unable to cope, (and not about mystery too markkur). A universe in which people can see the future in their dreams indicates a very different universe than the one we study the laws of. Either there's an explanation for it (and keep in mind, explanations to such things are usually very simple and rational, once people accept the fact that their perception can be deceiving on such matters), or there's no other explanation and neurology is totally wrong. Because the whole methodology of neurology collapses once our mind is something that can dream the future, they are not compatible. We don't live in the ages that we are totally clueless about human mind anymore, although there's still a lot unknown, we know what part does which job and the chemical process behind it. Seeing the future is definitely not one of the qualities considered possible, it then turns into a question of what explanation you'll choose. Not to mention the fact that millions of people have hundreds of dreams  each year, the details of these dreams are always blurry, some of them overlaping with future events is not very improbable. Once that happens, anybody will be so willing to jump on that mystery train.

gentlemen, may i kindly remind you, this is the osm. i will not have this thread derailed into the vw, like the asteroid thread was. i take what i said very seriously, as this is not a joke, or speculation, whatever any naysayers think.

that some choose not to accept what i say as fact, is sad. and you guys complain about religious people being close-minded.

like i said, i know what i know. doubt it all you want, it doesn't change a thing. explain everything away, push everything you fear, every seemingly irrational thing, from you. it doesn't matter. irrational, unexplainable things still exist, despite your doubt of their validity.

your skepticism makes absolutely no difference.

@ veco: good point. but that doesn't apply here, as i am not lying, deluded, trying to impress anyone, or start any kind of fad with this thread.

i could ask, why are there more dissenter's in this thread, than people posting things they have experienced, that are unexplainable to them? that IS what the thread is about, after all. this ISN'T a "let's be skeptical to someone sharing a very personal part of their life with people on the internet" thread.

Right fred, let's get this back on track.

Abut that girl, she's got character living on her own at 17 and she's all around a good person. Too bad those relatives didn't listen to her. But she managed to make them leave their kid at home, at least he was OK.

then you should also be aware that simply saying that's something is true will never amount to anything.
My personal take on this topic is that it's an experience we don't understand and I refuse to jump on the OMG SUPERPOWERS wagon straight away (but then again... superpowers... yeah, I'm tempted).

I repost this video because I think it's interesting and relevant to the topic wether or not you think it has anything to do with you particulary (since you CANNOT BE SWAYED).

My Lord, you are inspiringly humble. Surely your sincerity will teach those infidels the truth of your words and power.

However, Fredism is already spreading across the HC and just like Jesus or Martin Luther who only meant to change things, you are unable to stop this movement and many HC members will DIE before anything is settled.

Seriously though, it is wrong to demand someone to believe something only you can witness or experience. It is perfectly fine to tell people about it and what you believe without redicule but just don't ask people to take your word for it no matter how right you know you are.

i haven't demanded acceptance of what i have posted, i haven't demanded anything. what i have asked, is that this thread not be filled with people merely arguing with me, instead of posting their own stories relating to the topic. i understand you guys like to argue, but this isn't the thread for that. this is a thread for posting things that are unexplainable, that have happened to you, personally. why do i have to keep repeating myself? is it really that hard to understand? or are you just trying to derail this thread?

I was not trying to derail the thread. Fredism aside, I do not argue against your personal experience but you sounded upset about people not believing your major claim and coming with their own ideas. So I wanted to say what you should not expect of people.
