Where is your 'here' Sandro? If you're sick of it, skip the paragraph...

Roma owns 3mil euros, Lazio 27mil, but they have time until 29th to pay to be allowed to play the league. I would be sorry if Roma got suspended, which will not happen, but Lazio...good riddance, now De La Pena wants the club to declare bankrupcy(go Pena!), they owed him 4 millions and whole Lazio debt is around 100m euros now...

They'll be happy to sell Nesta for more than 30m pounds but noone want to give them cash, only player exchanges...

Well Nebuka, im live in Indonesia. All newspapers here write about him moving to Man Utd with blah blah blah million. Other news are about local football news, Bielsa,  and the new France Coach. You live in Italy Nebuka ?

As for the financial problem, yeah i read that from todays newspaper too (just arrived!) but not as detailed as your info. It is written that Sensi must pay triple-amount compared to other clubs. hmm...  i think Lazio better sell Nesta if they want to avoid bankrupcy. But sell him more than 30M and not to Inter! (Coz i don't like Inter having Nesta) well.. maybe to Juve. Lol Even Ronaldo, Recoba and Vieri are agreed to cut their wages.

I simply don't care if Lazio got suspended from Serie A this season (poor Crespo.. sigh). But please not my Roma !!

And about the limit of Non-Europe players. Franco Sensi anger about it too! . Coz Roma have 6 brazil players and must sell some of them. I hope they better sell that granpa Aldair (if someone want to buy him of course) . Not Emerson or Cafu.

Nah, I live in Zagreb, Croatia...

Ferdinand's move to Manchester screwed Juve's plans to bring
Nesta. They thought MU will buy Thuram from them, but now
as it seems they wont. No extra cash, no Nesta. I think he
will settle in Inter at last...

And I thought that new EU law in Italy means that they cannot recruit any new players but what they have can keep...

hehe ya its kinda fun in italy now isnt it? almost all clubs needs to sell to be able to buy but problem is that there are no buyers then lol.

All deals there is depending on some teams that must sell, and personally i think this rocks. Almost every year the last couple of years the italian teams has been buying like crazy. Now they cant do that, finally they got that hangover. Now lets hope that same things happens in Spain so teams actually starts to think before they spend millions and millions of punds on players.

I still wonder whats going to happen with rome clubs tho, they are both in debt which alrdy has been mentioned and for now there are no buyers at all in atleast italy. Personally i hope that Lazio&Roma will have to drop their valuation of some players to a level where other teams can make real bargains from them. So it would stand as an example that would could happen.

As a Newcastle supporter i would like to see Stam in a black&white jersey (obviously i would like to see Nesta even more but thats really unlikely im afraid). Stam would be perfect as a commanding central defender. I hope that the funds will be there if Lazio decides that they must offload him and i guess it should be, if (when) they qualify for Champions League they will get even more cash and to spend this cash on Stam would be a great move in my opinion. Unfortunately Sir Bobby says he has bought his players for the summer but one can just hope that he for once back downs on his word...

Lazio's chairman, Cragnotti, said that there's money for debts but not with them. Apparently they sold some players but waiting the money for them...I must have missed those transfers as I know only Mendieta left, and just on loan for one year...

Staam is excellent, I'm still pissed at Ferguson for selling him...

And what about Rivaldo to AC Milan ??? Are they a bit too confident for buying Rivaldo in this situation ?

Ya but thats still £3,5m/season and thats alot. Over two seasons that becomes about £7m and Newcastle spent £6m on Bellamy for example...and his wages are not even near half of Rivaldos...

Sory, I was replying to Sandro...Berlusconi has money, Milan can take care of Rivaldo, they'll get him for free...
But it's funny (or tragic) to see that player like Bellamy (who is by far my favorite Newcastle player) cost less than Rivaldo's two year salary...

Lol...I found some nice football jokes...

Q: How does Stan Collymore change a lightbulb?
A: He holds it in the air, and the world revolves around him

The Fire brigade phones George Graham in the early hours of Sunday morning...
"Mr Graham sir, White Hart Lane is on fire!"
"The cups man! Save the cups!" cries George.
"Uh, the fire hasn't spread to the canteen yet, sir."

Alex Ferguson is getting worried about his team's recent poor form against Arsenal. He just can't understand it, Man U are the biggest club in Europe, have all the best players etc, but every time they play the Gunners, they get beaten.
So Alex gives Arsene Wenger a call and explains his problem. Arsene is very understanding and invites Alex down to watch his team training. So Alex turns up in London and spends a day watching the Arsenal players. At the end of the training session he says to Arsene
"I still don't understand, we seem to do all the same things in training that you do, but you still beat us all the time".
"Ah" says Mr Wenger, "I don't think its anything to do with the training. I think its because my players are more intelligent than yours".
Alex looks a bit peeved and asks Arsene "What the hell do you mean by that?".
"Well" says Arsene, "We also train our boys in lateral thinking".
To demonstrate his point he calls over Dennis Bergkamp. "Dennis, here's a problem for you. He's you father's son, but he's not your brother; who is he?".
"That's easy" says Bergkamp, Its me."
"Correct" says Arsene.
Alex is very impressed. He goes back to Manchester and next day in training he calls over David Beckham. "David, I've been talking to Arsene Wenger and he reckons his players are more intelligent than ours".
"That's bollocks, Boss", is Beckham's considered reply.
"OK", says Alex, "I've got a question for you. He's your father's son, but he's not your brother. Who is he?"
Beckham looks blank and replies "Need some time to think about this one boss, can I tell you tomorrow?"
Alex agrees and Beckham goes home thinking about the problem. He asks Posh Spice, but she hasn't a clue what he's talking about. He eventually decides to give Jaap Stam a call, thinking that as Arsenal have a lot of foreign players, maybe he will understand.
"Hello Jaap, its David. I've got a question for you. He's your father's son, but he's not your brother. Who is he?".
"That's easy", says Jaap, "Its me".
So Beckham calls over Alex Fergurson the next day in training and says "Morning Boss, I've got the answer to that question"
"OK. What is it?" asks Alex.
"Its Jaap Stam" replies the confident Beckham.
"You stupid bastard" shouts Alex, "Its NOT Jaap Stam.............Its Dennis Bergkamp!"
...this one was painful, but funny as hell!

Three old football fans are in a church, praying for their teams. The first one asks, "Oh Lord, when will England next win the World Cup?".
God Replies, "In the next five years"
"But I'll be dead by then", says the man.
The second one asks, "Oh Lord, when will Forest next win the European Cup?".
The Good Lord answers, "In the next ten years".
"But I'll be dead by then", says the man.
The third one asks, "Oh Lord, when will Derby win the Premier League?".
God Answers,"I'll be dead by then!"

Two men fishing on a river bank in a remote area of Somerset on a Saturday afternoon
miles away from a radio or tv, suddenly one man turns to the other and says
"Bristol City have lost again",
the other man was astonished and said "how on earth do you know that ?"
The other man replied "It's quarter to five."

Q. Which three league teams have swear words in their names?
A. Ssnowhorpe United, Arsenal and f**king Manchester United

Snow White arrived home one evening to find her home destroyed by fire. She was especially worried because she'd left all seven dwarves asleep inside. As she scrambled among the wreckage, frantically calling their names, suddenly she heard the cry: "Chelsea for the Cup."
"Thank goodness," sobbed Snow White. "At least Dopey's still alive!"

A young autograph hunter was really chuffed when he got Emile Heskey's autograph after a match. The following week he accosted Heskey once more and got his autograph, and after the next game he tried to get it yet again.
"Look here," said Heskey, "this is the third time you've asked for my autograph. What's going on?"
"Well," said the young man, "if I can get eight more of yours, I can swap them for one of Michael Owen's."

That's all...

(You are making a second reply in a row in this topic. Your post count will not increase)
...damn it!!!

Hehe, thanks Stiven...

Here are couple more...

A man desperate at Villa's current situation decides to top himself.
In his living room, alone, he prepares to hang himself. At the very last moment, he decides upon wearing his full Villa kit as his last statement.
A neighbour, catching sight of the impending incident, informs the police. On arrival, the police quickly remove the Villa kit and dress the man in stockings and suspenders. The man, totally confused asks why.
The policeman simply replies, "it's to avoid embarrassing your family."

Q. How many Derby fans does it take to change a light bulb?
A. Yeah, like they have electricity in Derby.

The Devil was constantly challenging St Peter to a game of soccer, but St Peter refused, until one day while walking around' heaven he discovered that quite a number of international footballers had entered the 'pearly gates'.
"I think I'll arrange to play that soccer game," said St Peter to the Devil. "We have a great number of international soccer stars in heaven at the moment from which to select a winning team."
"You'll lose, you'll lose!" taunted the Devil. "What makes you so sure we'll lose?" enquired St Peter. "Because," laughed the Devil, "we have all the referees down here."

Tried to find some Newcastle jokes but there aren't any so here's a nice poem...

A Monkey's head
(To the tune of `Yellow Submarine)

In the land, where I was born
Lives a man, with a monkey's head
And he went, to Sunderland
And his name, is Peter Reid
Altogether now
Peter Reid's got a snowin' monkey's head
A snowin' monkey's head
A snowin' monkey's head
Peter Reid's got a snowin' monkey's head
A snowin' monkey's head
A snowin' monkey's head

EDIT: Cat(or anyone from England, who knows), what's the deal with Derby and sheeps? There are huge amount of jokes involving its fans and those animals...
