well yes 2-2 would be good for us but not likely enough for denmark since italy prolly will win easy with at least 3-0 against bulgaria.

that doesnt matter i think. Because appearently there is goal difference from the games who has the teams on the same points involved.
And if we play 2-2 or more vs denmark.. both denmark and ourselves will have scored more goals inbetween us than italy since they only got a goalless draw against the danes and 1-1 against us. Meaning they have only scored one goal. If we draw 2-2 vs denmark then they will have scored 2.

Time to revive this thread for the Champions league!
Juventus are winning it this year! Obviously they have a much better team and they will dominate No Stiven, Newcastle didnt even make it

It is the keeper that has done more goals in the history(in free kicks), about 23.
Brazil have a great squad, they only need to practive together.
Dida is a bad goalkeeper. Marcos is a best goalkeeper in the Brazil and paly in Palmeiras. Marcos no faills in game with Manchester United, the great faills is make for Junior Baiano, for don't make a faul in Ryan Giggs.

So, anyone but me who're hoping that the Blues will win all four competitions this season?
And anyone but me who's annoyed that their fav team suddenly has become the next Manchester Utd, in what supporters goes?

silly season!
After a miserable season now seems to be the time for recovery.
Gotta say its rather amusing to see Scott Parker sign for us instead of the merseyside wannabes with the CL qualification
Now it seems both Newcastle and Everton are looking to sign Emre aswell, would almost to be too good to snatch em both
Maybe champions league with a small club that plays boring football isnt very interesting
Then on a more sad note, Robert seem to have left for a really small amount of money. Lets hope Bellamy will bring in some cash and that we can make a couple of Ģ selling Bowyer aswell.. that would be as long as noone else follows Birminghams example and makes a fan petition so Bowyer doesnt feel welcomed. But then on the other hand, i dont think he ever have been welcomed on St James:s either
Saviola is an interesting link. Lets hope we sign him aswell.

Barcelona drew 3-3 with some Japanese team. Yolkahama or something. Im a bit disaponted by the performance of the spanish champions. They gave away an easy penalty late in the game.

Did anybody catch the Australia vs Germany game? I think it was a great effort by Australia to lose 4-3 against a good European side. Germany dont seem to be as good as they used to be. Ballak seems to be their one man team
So does anyone think they will qualify for WC?

i think they can. i think it will come close since i think columbia are in 5th spot now and are playing very well. it also depends on if kewell will play cause he is there best player when he is playing good.

I have to be very happy today Mexico win his game againist brazil and all his stars!! and now is the first in his group, mexico had a debut winning game vs japan 2 - 1 and now must be hard to win againist Germany and Argentina but we hope to have a good game... and still doing some good history for our country

Well Australia lost 4-2 against Argentina. It got pretty close to a draw. It seems Australia loves falling behind, almost comming back, then losing

After the loss of Brazil vs Mexico, it would probably be better to lose that game, so Germany would face mexico instead of Brazil (for the case they win vs Japan).... in the semifinal.

Hey!! Mexico wouldn't be easy... I remember that game in France 98. Mexico easily have more chances to win that match!! I hate Oliver Bierhoff and Klinsman... So if mexico didn't play vs Germany in the semifinal... they will on the final... and now is time for revenge games
