First (and main) question.
Do you know how you will do it? Not "we hire a programmers" or "we have a programmers" but "we have a programmers that already did this and will do that - if we give them time (=money)". Same for modellers.

Ok, also... I have a question about your flexible funding...
The funding goals are by normal fundraisers set to the minimum level of money you will need to launch the project successfully, so in this case this level is 95000$... yet you use flexible funding which means regardless of whether you reach 95000$ you WILL get the money that has been raised so far...
If the project cannot be completed without reaching 95000$, then why are you still taking our money?
If the project can be completed with less than 95000$, then why did you put the goal so high in the first place? Is it greed?
It only makes sense if it's a scam, otherwise it's just marketing stupidity. Flexible fundings are used by charities (because all the raised money is good regardless of how much) and by scams (take all the money you can get), NOT videogame projects o____O

To begin with, it's illegal to demand money for something you don't own. And you don't own Heroes of Might & Magic 3, thus you can't modify or expand it commercially.
Modders, however, create mods as game owners (Ubisoft atm) do not care. But I'm sure they will instantly sue anybody who tries to earn one cent with their brand.

I don't want to call you liars, but do you have any evidence? A proof that testifies this? Also, honestly, I do not believe that any major game publication from any corner of the world would advertise a project which has no graphics (yet), also your forum is completely empty and had only 2 members last time I checked it, and you mentioned that you got 20 people working on this. Also you don't need 1k bucks to made and show us a def that is going to be in the game.
Not a long time ago there was another 'amazing' project that asked money from us, it was named "Heroes 2 The New Age", it was just a fraud who asked for funds. They were more credible because they got some (nicely) photoshopped images of new creatures on the battlefield. After researches were made by fellow members of this community it was discovered that these 'new creatures' were just copy-pasted artwork found with google image search.

After I did a bit of research on google.cz and searched both "Doom of the Ancients" and the translated name (in Czech) I haven't found no article/information/thread related to this new 'expansion', besides their 'official' site,their video,social accounts and this thread on HC.

For starters, we've added technikálie games , including all statistics , spells and on our website you can see the model construction of castles. + We plan to publish for you skeptics other things about the game ... Another thing we did not allow such a public way people cheat the true identity, even when we come out of those articles in magazines and the like ... We are not suicidal ! !

Why would you have an article about your mod if not for publicity? Suicidal? Dude you gave out your names/photos on the site/movie, the public is "supposed" to know you already.
And skeptics don't want walls of texts and ideas about what are you going to 'add' in this expansion, they want graphics, scripts and actual work, not simple writing. Do this and there will be no more skeptics at all!
We don't know your potential, your programming/graphic skills (if any) to can be sure we are funding something serious...

Sorry, but this is just beyond belief.
Countless hours have been spent by many, many people long before you guys showed up here and no valid Modders have ever asked for money; as Warmonger clearly stated it is illegal. I've only seen one post that mentioned MONEY and it was a fraud.
If UBI has given you the go-ahead to charge folks <ahem> because YOU love this game so much, it should be very easy to clear things up.

The flexible funding system they use that I've mentioned is still the biggest indicator imo, it's clearly chosen to let them raise as much money as possible before they get found out and closed down.
Any payments done to them will go directly to their pockets, no results or goals need to be reached. No credible fundraisers use that system for this sort of project.

They asking money for the development, not as price.
..if anyone want to donate money for H3, it'll be better to support MoP - he moves from North Siberia to Kaliningrad.
