Walking down the busy street on the left I make my way through the crowd with a steady step. The bouncer inside the Crown gives me a thorough look, I push back my overcoat and he nods after seeing my revolvers. I continue to Zayl's booth, with the strong smell of pure elven blood it's easily recognizable. I sit down opposite to Skar and put my hat on the table.
"There is more to this than a lousy coup. The battleship had four companies worth of troops." I pause for a moment. "In regular uniforms but they weren't regulars. They were too organized. Some of them moved graciously, as if they were elves." I throw a look at Skar before continuing. "There's something else behind this."

- So what are you saying that they Ivangrad would fare the same unfortunate fate as Ismarkand?- Zayl asked.- Well, we have prevented a disaster. We only need to present the head of Olskjov to the Czar to seal the deal. Also, did your keen eyes seen them wearig something like this?- Zayl showed Fraige the amulet that Skar got from the eavesdropper last night.
- Looks like someone took a dip in the river- Skar smiled at Fraige. His smile was a tad creepy seeing as he had blood all over his mouth and he looked more like a wolf showing his fangs.
- But you don't smell half as bad as those two arrogant dwarves I pushed in a little while ago, which is nice.- He said as he downed his glass.
- So, where's the fat jackass hiding?
- I'm not sure- Zayl replied.- According to these, there are three places he'd go to. If I know him, he'd go to the nearest one. In Beghlez grove. Oh, you won't like this Skar.
- What is it?
- The bugger's set up a hideout in an old ruined Canian castle. It probably predates even the dark ages.
Skar didn't said a word, just reached for the ceramic bottle with starka.
- No matter. We'll kill the basterds. no one defiles those ancient monuments.- He finally said as he filled his glass.

"The stench now seems to be a permanent enchantment to my garments." I frown. "Do you make it a habit to spice your dinner with the red?" Turning from Skar I answer Zayl
"Can't say I had the chance to examine them that closely. Let me see that, I think I recognize it." I take a closer look at the amulet.
"I saw something similar in Yssia not too long ago." I give the amulet back. "You might be right about Ismarkand."

Skar smiled again
- I like to snap some sharpy ear necks with my bite from time to time. Like eating crunchy araraqi biscuits. And the blood is sweeter than any juice you've tasted. Human babies also have it, that's why we love it so much!- He laughed. although this was insulting to all of his kin, Skar used it a lot as a jest. He turned more seriuos.
- Besides, my mouth is full of razor sharp fangs. An extra weapon in my arsenal. like a knife strapped to an ankle. Trust me, they never see it coming.
- Yes, you techniques to bite off faces are fascinating Skar, but let's concentrate on the matter at hand.- Zayl said.= I'd suggest we regain our strenght, and we shall proceed to the final step of the operation. Ivan, we'll need you to scout up ahead, find us an entrance of some sort. I think I do not need to remind you that if you're seen, we're done for. Once inside we'll need to dispose any of the oposition without arousing any ruckus or anything that'll make the swine to flee. I'd suggest we dine and move out. The grove is a few hours on horseback.

Ivan discussed a bit with the group what ways of hiding he could use,when he reach the castle mentioned.
He took with him some hiding clothes,the weapons Zayl had given him earlier and he rode one of the horses in order to scout ahead as planned.
He thought for a while about taking or not taking his guitar with him,but he figured his speed in the upcoming events should be greater than his possible guitar tactic in the place he was going to.
Further more,he thought he could ask a fellow bard to borrow a guitar to him,if he was in need.
So when finally reaching the Canian castle in Beghlez grove,he contacted Zayl to report he was at the place and he began to search an entrance.

- Very good- Zayl replied- I am not familiar with the castle however. You should just try to look for an unguarded entrance. Or a secret entrance if there's one. Will be there soon.
Zayl shook the mirror.
- Varigsson. Do you require any further supplies? We'll be needing to leave Ivangrad for a while soon enough to hunt down the general. If you require anything, meet us at the Czar's Crown.
