I can't win with Quest Warrior anymore What has happened.

I am plying that Control Mage that is getting more popular as of late. It seems super strong. And I lack a lot of cards for most other classes so I don't have too many choices, gonna try Reno Mage probably later but I know it is super weak so I will probably get frustrated soon

Well I tried Secret Mage recently. Not my homebrew one, but sth similiar and in Wild (because you can use Mad Scientist, daa! And it's probably the missing link of this deck ). It's said to be one of the most versatile decks on ladder. I played a few games and it looks good. Only a Reno Mage beat me, but because ultimately he had a bit more luckier draws (with Ice Block which saved him). Pirate Warrior or Priest lost hard though.

I'm also starting to struggle a bit, guess meta is settling. Nice touch with the 3 free packs got an Epic an Golden Rare, but I wouldn't call it out of teh ordinary. I'm seeing a lot of people getting some Legendaries from them, maybe I was unlucky cause my pity timer was reset recently. Still waiting for them Rutgers packs

I got 100 dust and a humongus razorleaf from the packs. So,meh, they were basically empty. I just don't know for what my pity-timer was reset.

If someone needs a solid Wild Paladin deck (aside from Secret Pala ), but one which does not need Tarim to work I recommend this DS Aggrodin.

Now it's similiar to a deck I've run some time ago with Moroes which was quite solid back then, but sometimes was too inconsistent. I think this version is a lot better, mainly because of one Un'Goro card: Lightfused Stegodon. It's the missing piece, especially when you net the Divine Shield Adapt. Lost in Jungle is also useful here. I'm still trying Vinecleaver.

Deck is really fun to play, especially because imo it needs more thinking then one might expect from an aggro deck. I've modified the deck I've listed above. Added Sword of Justice cause it's such a good card in token decks (works with Muster for Battle!), also Warhorse Trainer for that extra oomph or a solid body in worst case. Dinosize is also great as it's basically a 10 dmg Charge if you do have something on board (in a token deck that's not really an issue right ). Might work with Vinecleaver maybe? No one expects your 1/1 token to change into a Giant Dino-Murloc If you're short on cards maybe add the Equality+Cons combo which is always valid.

BTW I really like how they added effects to Epics (Dinosize for example) or even Rares and Commons (Tar Creeper) in this expansion, I think they should do it more often and even 'upgrade' some older cards...

I have played this deck 3 times. 2 wins. Very fun deck. A little combo'ish imo. But when you have a board full of Silver Hands that are all buffed up then you have a good time

I use Tarim. I love Tarim. He is such a useful Legendary

Then this means you see him as worthy of crafting, right? I'm asking cause I'm thinking about my next Legendary and he gets a lot of praise, not only from you. But I'm also thinking about Lyra. Spell Priest looks interesting and I think it needs this one to work. Last but not least is Pyros, but this one does not give as much of an impact as the previous two...

My Warrior is finally Golden yay

I am also thinking of crafting a Paladin Legendary, and I don't know which one Wickerflame or Tarim... Tarim is better imho, but I really would like to play N'Zoth Pally too Maybe I am so used to it haha. And I don't want to play Murlock Paladin. Is Tarim great in other Paladin decks too?

Lyra is great but I can't but to compare it to Fandral - both are 3/5 with potentially game ending results, but Priest gets the balanced one for 5 mana and Druid gets the OP one for 4 mana Turn 4 it is very hard to remove 5 HP but next turn it is considerably easier. But definitely still eyeing on that Lyra.. ;p

Tarim is good in almost all Paladin decks. Control and midrange most preferably.

I highly recommend him. I recommend him over Wickerflame, eventhough he is pretty solid as well! I really like him too.

Tarim is just more useful and can be comboed with a lot of different cards. He is both aggressive and defensive. He is my most used legendary from this expansion.

So I'm wondering about the next Legendary I should craft:

Tarim -> initially I wasn't interested in him but you changed my mind emil. He seems like the most reasonable option.

Lyra -> I want to try that spell Priest but I would probably need to craft Shadow Visions also which is said to be quite important to make her work.

Elise the Trailblazer -> she's becoming more popular. Neutral, versatile and good in control decks.

Or maybe I should craft Legendaries from sets I won't buy at this point? I still might grab a few Legendaries from Un'Goro in packs...

Finja -> maybe a bit strange option but I do enjoy Murloc decks nowadays and he's quite stong in them.

Wickerflame -> a solid card in any Paladin deck and always wanted him.

What do you guys propose?

The legendary I really want to craft is Elise. Although she is not that used at the moment - that could because no one crafts her? She is useful in most midrange or controlish decks.

The reason I want to craft is the sheer fun-factor of her. She is something pretty unique.

A more reasonable or logic choice is to go with Tarim -> Wickerflame -> Elise -> Finja.

Tarim for less lols more usefulness.
Elise for more fun

I think I'll craft Burnbristle, for two reasons:

- even if Tarim is strong, like I said there's still a chance I might get him or one of the listed Un'Goro Legendaries from a pack

- I think that Burnbristle is a card I will use the most from the listed ones. He fits into all of my current Paladin decks, mainly Dragon Paladin and DS Paladin.

And Finja is good but only in Murloc decks which I might get bored with at some point.

EDIT: And yeah, Vinecleaver is very good in DS/Token Paladin.

Got Tortollan Primalist from a pack. Initially a pretty useless card... but it inspired me to create this trolololo spell heavy Mage deck with Yogg and other stuff.

Sometimes it's enough when a card simply gives you an idea to try something different

Yogg decks are so fun! I really wish that Primalist was a little cheaper in order to make it a little more useful.

EDIT: I just opened Warlock Quest. Not a bad legendary. Might be useful one day.

Hell yeah! Got Pyros from a pack, so one less Legendary from my checklist to craft. I won't have to worry about 'wasting' dust on this less impactful but cool phoenix anymore. In three most recent packs I've opened T-Primalist, Biteweed (Rouge Epic) and said Pyros so a lucky streak indeed...

T-Primalist is actually not completly bad. Yeah it's only a gimmick card, but you can still pick one of three spells, and that leads to some interesting situations like when I got Effigy, my opponent killed the turtle and I got Lightlord in its stead

And I also crafted Burnbristle, but I can seem to draw him that much. Still I think a buffed up Shieldbot that opponent can't ignore (cause Taunt) makes him a really useful minion (and occasional heal is always good).

EDIT: Glad I didn't craft Pyros cause I would probably be frustrated. Well the card itself isn't bad and has potential to be solid in some decks, but Elemental Mage, although fun to play, just isn't good currently. I think it mostly lacks sth like Kalimos as that final adhesive. Maybe I'll play it some more and try to tweak it, but it's definately not as fun to play as it was in Tavern Brawl... and aside from that Pyros is not really that impactful to justify putting it in other a decks. Shame really such a cool card. Maybe in some control/deathrattle hybrids we'll see...

Burnbristle is insanely good! He is so sticky. Throw a redemption or getaway kodo and he just keeps coming back, healing a little, annoying a little. Great card!

I have an elemental mage. I play it more as a tempo-aggro mage. Go for Face. Works fine.

Got a decklist? The one I'm using is based on the recipe so maybe not the strongest choice, but I don't have an idea for something better other then tempo decks with only a few Elementals (for now I want to make a pure Elemental deck not a hybrid). When I think about it Shaman simply has more versatile cards: especially healing and removals/cheap aoe. And of course Kalimos who won me so many games already...

I haven't played it this month (so not sure how good it is now!). I made it from the template that you also used. I just filled it with frostbolt, fireball and with that I just went for face more often than I went for control.
