Shaw was super fun. Won with him on the first run. His nemesis was tricky but I managed to overwhelm the boss with pure value. He has so many cool cards (treasures), like the dogs (I counted three so far: Bubba, Butch and Princess). Plus his mostly a Hunter class, so there a lot of possible synergies in his Rush deck. Word of advice: pick Entrenchment treasure wherever you have a chance, it's super strong with his Rush Hero Power and minion spamming.

EDIT: If you guys are looking for a really strong deck for Wild with Genn, here's one https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1097036-renojacksons-rank-1-legend-even-shaman. It's basically a good ol' cancer Jade/Totem Shamanstone deck with the Even twist. Hero Power Totems for (1) Mana make the difference. A lot.

I run -1 Shredder, -1 Sea Giant (don't have it) +1 S-Chain Gang +1 Kodo Rider (cause synergy with Hero Power).

A shame Thunder Bluff Valiant is odd.

EDIT 2: I hope the guy who invented the concept of Mill decks burns in Hell...

Actually, Crowley can be insanely strong. If you get the right cards together, of course. I struggled a lot in my first run with him and died quite early.

But in the second run I picked the "strategic enhancements" (i think that's what they are called)that give you cost reductions for every cannon fired. Afterwards, I simply picked everything up that had some synergy with hero-power (Lady of the Lake, Kvaldir Raider, Kodo Rider...). Then I was able to pick up a second cannon and some higher cost cards to actually have something to make cheaper (Ragnaros, Lichking, the recruit axe- it fells good playing them all in one turn).

This deck also struggled with the first monsters, but from the point where i picked up the second cannon it was basically playing itself. Godfrey was a complete piece of cake, when i got the "strategic enhancements" a second time( Yes, it does stack. So, you can get 4 times cost reduction by 2 from one heropower - kill a minion and repeat!).
And Godfrey's hero-power can't deal with kodos...

Still: Shaw seems to be the most consistent strong of the 4. I finished his run on the first try. He can easily pick a lot of beast-synergy and aggro most of the early monsters. I only struggled against Azalina, who seems to be really strong in general.
Also there's that dog that gets +1/+1 for every minion that died. Play "Dire Frenzy"+Kathrena, copy with "Menagerie Warden"...
i guess that Dreadsteed, Glinda Crowskin got, and i  needed to heropower every turn hurt her far more than me.

That said, I think they've done great work with this mode. Seems like they learned a lot from Dungeon Run.

- Heroes are multi-classed. That means you'll get to play around with a lot of interesting synergies (ex. Nourish -> draw for Hunter!?)
- you get unique Heroes with special cards and abilities. So even if you know the vanilla cards, you'll get to see them in new light
- this time each treasure you can pick seems to be worthwile. These counter-balance some OP boss powers, mostly fit into you decks, and do not seem like a waste of a slot. Sure, some are still more OP then other, but it's a great improvement since DR, where you either had a treasure that single-handedly won you games (like Wax-Rager) or complete trash... I also like the fact those are class-themed
- Hero decks + treasures + card "packs" seem more fine-tuned this time around. In DR you often ended up with a trash deck after only a few picks, and needed to restart
- Bosses seem to be more balanced. Some of course still have OP powers or cards, but this time I feel like I actually have a chance with them, and don't need to exploit some OP treasures or retry a run cause I've got some trash card picks...
- Winning with 9 Classes is too much for a misely card back... they shouldn't repeat this in the future. On a side note, I wish they've used a different screen for picking the class, the basic one is empty with only 4 slots occupied
- getting a pack for completing boss fights with each Hero is the one missing piece of awesomness this mode needed

If we'll get more of this stuff in the future, I'm completly fine without Adventures...

Ouch!
I just played a run with Toki. While she is lots of fun and I more or less easily defeated the first 7 bosses, I just met myself from the future...

Apart from the fact that it is extremely mindboggling to think about, what is actually happening in that fight, Future-Toki seems incredibly strong.
Oh, the fight isn't going perfectly? - Well, let's just restart the game and our enemy stays damaged.
I cheated out an 8 attack minion last turn? - Great give it mega-windfury and smash face for 32.

Anyone already defeated her/ has some good Toki strategies? How do I keep her from restarting the game when she's nearly dead? (Ok, Counterspell seems to be the answer. But, anything else?)

Future Toki actually seems like the first final boss that's actually difficult and does not get countered by the hero. Do not see this as a complaint about her. I actually like that, but wanted to hear what you think about her.

I won with Crowley. Damn, that boss final battle was an intense fight. His Nemesis is actually a full-counter to him. Most of the boss deck is constructed so that it backfires on you. I still can't get my mind around how I actually won this, but it came down to out-valuing him. Board control via cannons + empty hand on his side.

Mosnter Hunt is so cool!

EDIT: Hory shet, Toki's Hero Power is something else!

Nah, her Monster Hunt power has nothing to do with the Legendary. I've got her in a pack, still struggle to find a deck or her...

I lost again against Infinite Toki. She just has so many possibilities to burst you.

I now tried two very different Toki decks that dealt with any other monsters pretty easily, but I always got destroyed  by my future being.

First I played a very Tempo-Mage like Toki with Entrenchment and Kadgar's Scrying Orb. I was able to generate a lot of value out of Vex Crow in that run and nearly won against infinite Toki, after I stole her Kabal Crystal Runner with a Frozen Clone and completely dominated the board. Well, guess what? Toki restarted the game.

The second time I was playing a far more control-ish deck  with Robe of the Magi and Double Time.  That is an amazing combination for any boardclear spells. Also, 12 damage missiles is pretty good.
It was the first deck that had an amazingly easy game against Azalina. I even completly destroyed that Forsaken that keeps using Shallow Graves to resurrect his board. Even multiple Bloodhoofs die easily to a single Blizzard!
But I got completely dominated by Infinite Toki. First, she got a lot of damage in through a double turn with the Waygate. Then, after I cleared the board, she simply played a Hogrider that got charge and gave it Mega-Windfury for 24 damage burst.

It might be that healing potion is a certain requirement for beating her. Just so you can outlive the burst. But, all these other treasures open up so fun gameplay opportunities...

Well you're hitting a wall with her Nemesis, and I find her overall hard to pilot (didn't even reach the boss). Mage is supposed to be a strong class, and we have the +3 spell damage treasure, but I somehow find her lacking overall. Her power doesn't add that much (it's a reroll of a dice in a deck full of RNG :/). She's the last Hero to complete for me, but I have a feeling she might take long to finish...

BTW Laddering is so hard now. How do people even find the time/energy to WIN 100+ matches to reach Legend? I know reaching Legend rank is supposed to be a feat, but this is just tedious...

Monster hunt is freaking hard! Still have not cleared one hero. I went up against Godfrey, but he wrecked me in 5 rounds..
Toki and Tess are really fun, but I cannot make a good deck. Which direction do you take them in?
Shaw is boring.. Rush is boring

Tess -> I went with Jades and Sonya. Sonya is great for spamming copies of Jade Swarmers. Like I said also pick Jade Shuriken as you can play more copies with Tess Hero Power. Another cool option is Deadly Poison as you can multiply it easily. Especially good with her special Windfury weapon. Her Nemesis is easy as he always attacks you're minions first. You need to be vary of his boardclears though.

Godfrey is hard, you need a lot of cannons so go for the minion which spams more (preferably also take Brann for double cannons if you'll have a chance), the minion which auto-shoots them on attack, and pick any power-up you can find. Wait with the one-time spell that power-ups your cannons for when he floods the board with Giants and blast them to shreds! Minions are not good as he has a lot of boardclears.

Toki I don't know, still didn't crack her. I suppose spell damage is important, and you can get a consistent deck with Elementals...

Funny thing: I went with Shaw for another round as I wanted to complete the card pack quest, and I managed to finish his run a second time

EDIT: Finshed Monster Hunt with Toki! And won with her Nemesis on my first try But I can see where you're coming from @Emil, this boss is really OP. While her time reset wasn't that bad, probably because she played it early, I would've probably lost if the AI actually put Mega-Windfury on her 22/22 mech. I had two Taunts on board, but I wouldn't have lived through the burst either way. Aside from that I played really carefully (must say I'm really proud of myself in this regard), saved board clears, played around her Secrets etc. Went into fatigue with her, at the end she was completly helpless. She had a few cards on hand left but couldn't do much with them so I slowly chipped away at her health...

PS: As a final advice I can tell you that going for the 'Chaos' route with card picks (Mage Quest, Cabalist Tomes etc) + Leyline Manipulator has more sense then you can think. Because of Toki power, you can re-roll the spells to see if you'll get something good. It's more about the value from spells, then the Quest itself, but an extra turn might come in handy. Of course +3 spell dmg is a must, luckily it's quite easy to get it...

If you go for the mage quest pick "Double-Time" instead. At least that's my opinion. Two extra turns are just amazing.
I just won a game solely by having three turns in a row.

Allright, I've defeated Hagatha!

Not the most difficult final boss ever, but she is a handful still. If someone needs some general advice regarding how I've defeated her, feel free to ask (don't want to spoil too much before you guys try to defeat her yourself).

Argh, sometimes i hate the rng in this game!
A Tempo-Mage I was playing against just got 5 glyphs out of each other! With two harmless Manawyrm on the board. And I was winning before that!

Ah, fine. There will be other times...

RNG is one thing, but those pesky Mana "Worms" were a problem since time immemorial. They can set up a really snowballish start. I remember back in the day when there was a Tempo-Mage with Wyrms, Flamewakers and Unstable Portals for some sick burst damage. The deck racked me so many wins it wasn't even funny

A million years ago while I was playing a flamewaker tempo mage in dumpster legend came across a druid player; my hand sucked really bad, I had coin, flamewaker, and 2 arcane missiles and some other garbage, but then on his turn 2, for some reason he played millhouse manastorm

I once won a game cause every Flamewakers "missle" hit my opponents face although he had a few minions on board

EDIT: Because it's all about netdecking, I've picked Cubelock for the free Arena Run in Brawliseum. Not bad, went 9 wins with it, probably would be better if I didn't mess up two of my matches with bad plays (one I lost because I didn't draw heal against an aggro deck).

In one of the packs I've bought with the hefty Arena prize there was Dollmaster Dorian. I wonder if I can use some of my older decks to utilize him...

PS: I'm also lucky that I didn't get 5 gold in the prizes if you know what I mean

Still have not cleared any classes in Monster hunt.. Way more difficult than I imagined.

I have found this even midrange paladin that Trump highlighted resently. It fits my playstyle pretty well. I think it needs improvement, but it is fun and I do love my paladin..
