In 13 packs I got Hector Salamanca.
Otherwise, didn't get anything special. Got a few pirate tribals and the floating watcher and the imp-losion. So i'm closer to demonlock and pirate rogue, but it's still quite a long way.

I made a revised Mage deck that is on a roll 8-0, dunno why  2 Chug,chug, chugs and Micro Machine were a great addition. The early game is no longer at Mana Wyrms mercy and added Ice Lances now that there are so many freezing triggers. Used Flamecannons too but took them off because I have too much removal already and it seemed dead in my hand too many times. Instead have the Bomb Lobber that is a 3/3 body in addition to a Flamecannon. The deck is muchos fun

3 disasterous arena runs since GvG. 2 time 1-3 and finished an 0-3 just a few moments ago.

I have had really weird runs. Some 10 wins runs, but I feel like I had to spend blood sweat and tears for some 3 wins runs and I even got a 1-3 as well. I feel as if GvG got some arena vets back in the game.

Sigh... there's a lot of Annoy-o-trons circling already
About the card packs. I didn't have that much luck with them, though I managed to at least get three cards that I wanted: Dark Wisper, Muster for Battle and Floating Watcher. Also Mistress of Pain seems nice (a 2 cost 1/4 with leech life? Hell yeah!). Metaltooth Leaper seems nice for a Mech deck, but I probably won't be using those. If you wander how come I have so many uncommons, I've bought three additional packs...
And, in what you can call a taste of a Legendary, I've got Gahz'rilla with Webspinner's Deathrattle
And damn, I've already seen a sick Quartermaster combo...

Having played quite a lot sincce GvsG got out, and not recieving much needed new cards, I really feel weak against these new cards..
With other words I think they are a little imba..

Anything specific that seems too strong?
All I know is Control Warrior is imba ;P (my opinion just)
Edit: So I got Echo of Medivh mage epics that give copies of whatever units you have on board. What deck could use them in? I don't have Molten Giants so giant deck is a no-no sadly. Just saw Day-9 stream with 4 Molten Giants, Mountain Giant and Alextrasa on board! Epic! ;D

at rank 10 my token druid, secrets mage and handlock do fine.
EDIT: how does control warrior even fight handlock or priest?

Priest is super tough, but vs Handlock I don't see a massive problem? Meaning it seems balanced. The match-up got better because Shield Slams can kill Giants more nowadays. So you have muchos removal.

warriors seems tough.. But I guess it is just my skills that aint good enough.
I am rank 20ish and most of the time a legendary or two just make me fail like a rank 25ish.. :/

Try adding more silences to your deck. Worked for me when I was lower ranked and faced toughies... Beats Sylvanas, Troggzor, Yseras ability, Tirion etc. And the key is to save at least one removal/silence for a bigger legendary baddie and not spend one immediately on Sludge Belcher or something like that... has cost me many games.

Sounds fair enough. Currently I am using Low Budget Priest Control deck from Icy veins, which is pretty good my ranking.. but I can not get higher than a certain point.
I just did 4 rounds in Arena with a mediocre Priest deck - I missed a lot of board clearing cards like Holy Nova... but I do not think I have ever been higher than 4 rounds - even though I also check the cards on Icyveins and such.. I am just not good enough to adjust to a deck with minimum three rounds to do so..

Damn, 120 cards and I'm getting the same s*it in a booster. Again. Today 4 out of 5 were doubles.
And to make things worse, Duel mode is now flooded with irritating Priest decks.
That's why I stopped playing Hearthstone: without either money or hideous amount of luck it's not rewarding enough and repetitive (even with the new cards they've added). Last two days after GvG release mark my first plays after I've beat Naxxramas Heroic a few months ago...

I agree. It is still a pay to win game, which annoys me, because I am not much for buying cards. 
I have been thinking that I would really love if they would make more arenas / battlegrounds just for the fun of it Just because I love clicking and making stuff go boom

No, that's not a case with me. I usually have a 1 win 1 loss ratio with the game, and I don't use any of those popular decks. I'm perfectly fine with my own decks, I even beat high ranked players who have a lot of Legendaries (I only use Ysera, it's the only Legendary I ever crafted) or some specialized decks. My point is, that even with mediocre cards you can be quite successful in this game. So that's not the problem.
The problem lies with the repetitiveness of the game. Grinding for gold takes too much time. It's fun to play the Hearthstone from time to time, but when I'm hunting for gold I don't look at the game in terms of "fun", but "annoyance" with how slow I'm getting the gold/cards. It's not about competitiveness at this point cause I've won and lost so many games already that you could say I'm full. Most duels are starting to look the same for me (same cards but in different combinations based on draws). The only point of the game for me now is getting some new cards to try something else, but it takes forever to even get a handful of them. Naxxramas was a lot better in this department. Arena would seem as a better way to grind for cards other then boosters, but even with those whole strategies for picking optimal and jack-of-all-trades cards, winning in that mode is hugely based on luck...

I can see your problem, and I do agree. It is so annoying to grind for gold, and actually that is the worst part about the game. I believe that making it easier would make me play more, and even buy cards packs for real money in the long run.
But I guess Blizzard just isn't ready to give us a free game?

Well, I won't accuse them of not giving us a free game. I've had a lot of fun with Hearthstone and I didn't spend a single euro on it. The game has no hidden catches (I've got an actual Legendary in a booster so it is possible ) , no pop-up advertising, no "unlock in full game" stuff etc. Kudos goes to Blizzard for that, and I don't want to be a greedy gamer here...
The only thing I would like for them to apply would be some kind of system which, for instance, gives you a Legendary or an Epic once every, I don't know, 5 booster packs? I know it probably wouldn't be fair to all those people who spend real money on the game, but there should at least be something to make playing the game a lot worthwhile...
Maybe they'll apply something like that when the number of Hearthstone players will start to drop...
