I do not know if defeating heroic bosses gives aomething or it is again, as in Naxxramus, just for fun...
Cause without some cards and so igh difficultty leel that requires a lot of tries and luck, I will rather not contest it
THey could at least give some golden card for it ;/ But who am I kidding- gold cards should be bought by dust that can be aquired from arena and disencharting cards so ultimately by money

I'm pretty proud of myself. I've beat Heroic Guzzler on my first try. First thing that came to my mind? If he summons minions with his ability why not stuff it with my fattest, strongest and most Legendary minions? That way, whatever he will summon will either be a Legendary or a 7+ Minion. Couple it with spells like Frostbolts and Frost Nova to stall his minions and it's an easy win. Well there's this thing with his 1/1 Taunters, but he didn't summon them soo...

Well I tried the same strategy but my fatties are Boulderfist Ogres instead of Legendaries so it doesn't work as well ;P But pretty sure this is the way to go.

Kel'thuzad + a lots of legendaries did it for me against the Grim Guzzler.
At one point I had 3-4 Cairn Bloodhoof

I've beat the second Heroic Boss (didn't try Emperor to this point). While I find most of this challenges irritating this one has brought me a lot of fun, and I didn't mind retrying it a couple of times. Some games were really crazy like with two Baron Geddons (perfect for those pesky 1/1 Tunts, unfortunately he killed me in the process ). If someone wants to know I've used a variant of Mirror Mage (with Faceless M etc) which makes sense cause he summons so many Legendaries. Arcane Explosion is really good for his Taunters. But the Anti-MVP of the game was opponents Onyxia. She filled the board with Whelps, so I used 2x Frost Nova to block them and because of this AI couldn't summon anymore minions  Though it was a close call, I've won only because I top-decked a Frostbolt...
I think this is what those challenges should be about. Not OP cards/abilities, but settings that wouldn't be possible otherwise so that each time you retry it's fun.

Well, this idea for a deck that uses those Legends against AI came from me, but I used a net deck as reference. I only have 1 Doomsayer and 1 Ice Block. As with all Heroic challenges it requires luck, but as I said it is best to wait for Onyxia, freeze her and use her Whelps against the AI.
EDIT: Also completed the final Heroic encounter (Easters long weekend ). My idea was for a quick aggro deck like Facehunter (without Explosive and Freezing traps of course), but then I remembered that Priest is perfect for "endurance" challenges. Emperors quite easy when you know what type of deck to use. He has weak cards so it's a matter of having luck in draw, buffing up your Lightwell to that 20+ dmg and smashing his face. The only problem are those Taunts, but this is were Silence comes in handy...

What Legendaries? I was talking about the ones that AI summons. The only one that I have (and that you probably don't have) is Antonidas, and I barely even used him in this challenge. There's a high chance he'll summon Onyxia cause he doesn't have that many other 9 mana minions.
Also I've seen another gimmicky deck that uses Millhouse to your own advantage. Innervate a Gadgetan Auctioner when AI summons Manastorm for an infinite 0 cost spells Here. Some people can be really creative

Nvm. I just finished him. He played deathwing and discarded his whole hand, while I had mirror entity Which made everything a lot easier.

Hmm, didn't know he had him. Wonder what Deathwings announcement sounds like "You are not PREPARED!!!"
Btw Deathwings more useful then I initially thought. Besides, it's pure joy when you topdeck Faceless Manipulator the turn after you summon him I could almost hear my opponents cry, even though he had a Sludge Belcher on board...

I just finished the three heroics The emperor was not that hard. I used a low budget pala deck with focus on blessing of wisdom on the wife.
And doesnt the arena have ALL legendaries?

Don't know, I doubt it (he played the same Legends over and over again each time I faced him)... but that would make it quite replayable
BTW: I recently see a surge of results in my Arena runs. Nothing spectacular but 5 wins with mediocre decks on average. Wonder if it's some kind of change in luck or did I get a little better... or, maybe it's because I started to depend more on 2-3 mana drops, cause it seems that better the start the higher a chance of winning.

I still think arena is to random But you might have improved on combo-knowlodge.
What adventure do you guys want to see next? I was thinking Zul Gurub.

A new expansion just came out so I figure more casual/less experienced players got back into the game. Hence the easier arenas.

Well Zul Gurub might be a nice idea, though we already have a jungle board Some guys "made" Zul Gurub Adventure already. I don't encourage you to watch as it's a long one (I didn't), but thought I let you know.
Personally I'm very fond of that Monk class idea. Maybe a Pandaria themed Adventure (again, there's a board already ) with a Monk class? It might come to fruition, cause like I said, it's Amaz's idea, and seeing a recent movie about him doing a voice-over for the Chinese version of Hearthstone made me realize his quite influential

That might be the case, I was also thinking about it. Then again, apart from that one guy who seemed like an amateur I didn't see that weak of a players in Arena. And it's not that I learned some completely new things recently (I think I'm quite well versed in various Hearthstone strategies). Must be a mental thing

Oh that looked nice. I hadn't thought about all those people who would just create stuff for the game out of sheer joy
But a monk adventure? I have actually been wondering if they would add Monk and Deathknight class to the game. ANd I guess they have thought about it, but haven't yet perfected the classes. But they might be the next thing?
But a specific monk adventure doesnt sound fun in my ears. I just didnt like pandaria..

Well WoW represents (mostly) the Western take on fantasy, but an Asian Mythology/Culture themed add-on wouldn't be bad. What I like the most about Amaz's Monk concept (though as with all concepts it's just a concept ) is that it seems to present a bit of a different playstyle then other classes, something fresh that Hearthstone needs.
Plus, there are so many Asian fans out there...
