Yes, but with some exceptions - not really using Town Gate object or taking into consideration Horn of the Abyss or using Fangarm hypnosis properly yet. But it is on its way.

i like how you guys used some of my ideas, and either improved or replaced some of the graphics i put in my patch. very nice work.
edit: love the new cthulhu-ish creature(which i think of as a "Cthulhi", which is smaller offspring of Cthulhu, and resemble him), too! he will go nicely side-by-side with the murlocks(Deep Ones) in my lineup.
(i'm a huge fan of lovecraftian and eldritch-type monsters. i had a cthulhu-ish creature that i was going to add myself, and now i don't have to. the model you guys created kicks the one i was going to work on and add, out of the park)

I think DD should be like this
1 cast per turn for none and basic
2 casts per turn for advanced and expert
DD could also be in other magic school so every Magic have usuful map control spell at level 4 and 5. I siggest that DD should be moved to Fire Magic.

Except that it is not Ctulhu *facepalm*... It is a Fangarm - can you read? There is only one and only Ctulhu (and not in the world or mythology of Enroth). But there are a lot of Fangarms.
P.S. Yes, I am really answering Macron, but just because there've been too many Ctulhu-related questions lately.

Ehm..? Sorry, I don't think we understand what you are talking about there). HotA doesn't really use other modders' work or ideas, even as "inspiration". It is a pricipal point for the project. In rare cases we may ask for cooperation, but if it works out it is announced publicly (as we will do when we finish with those palm trees that you've helped with). Everything else is 100% original content. So, whatever you considered as "using your ideas" definetely wasn't that (I'm not sure that many of us are even familiar with the exact content of your patch - no offends ).

Ancients come to Earth from space. There is no information that Ctulhu is unique creature and only one, and that ancients could not come to Enroth

Yes, it seems Black border guard is White and White border guard is Black.
Also probably less important: The two new monoliths - The Red is named Blue and the Blue is named Red.

Yes, indeed. Red and blue monoliths and white and black border gates are replaced with each other.
I tried to modify white and black border guards' and gates' color to orange and pink (to make them match with the player colors), but Defprewiev shows that the DEF file contains only 1 pic. Nonetheless the water at the border guard's base is animated.
After using Deftools, to repaint the guard, and make a new DEF file, with 1 pic only, it shows static. How can it be?
What did you use to make the water animation?

Campaign crash
3rd campaign crashes upon loading for me. I get to choose between the 3 starting goodies, and read the intro to the 3rd mission, but as soon as the loadingbar appears and it reaches about half, the game crashes. Have tried all the starting options, just to see if it made a difference, it doesnt.

1.4.1 was released on server by mistake. There is no such version yet officially

First of all great magnificent work.
HoTA scenarios take place mostly on sea and islands. This is great. I spot very nice feature/bug. Scenario is very simple buy 3/4 heroes and order them to
reinforce your costal line by diging holes. Then leave one square for guard and voilą.
You are secure. If map bans fly/dimension door/waterwalk and artifacts your land is practically impenetrable.
Even if map allows fly and enemy has it, there are always some remote island out of range for 99% of enemy heroes. Probably only Gunnar or other heroes with logictic speciality + all movement artifacts can reach you.
So question is feature or bug?

Neither, is an exploit, used mostly in such types of map, to avoid AI landing. Good job in discovering this 14 years after it was used the first time.

Hi thanks for the update but I have question about this version released by mistake, I have downloaded 2 new versions:
HotA_1.4.0_setup.exe F9F16742 CRC
HotA_1.4.1_setup.exe 7B11FF00 CRC
so which of them should I use?
p.s.
At server there is still version 1.4.1 & after updating HotA_Settings.ini shows 1.4.0 but game shows 1.4.1 ..

Use 1.4.0 for now. But 1.4.1 will probably appear shortly

One more question, I asked already about this some time ago but I think that I never get answer
When play HotA I don't hear the Sound Fix (Hex change 22kHz mono to 44kHz stereo in h3hota.exe) did you use this fix in HotA?
