I dont want to sound rude, but they have balance support from very good competitive players - somebody whos greatest achivement is comp bashing surely cant tell them anything they dont know already.

Just to let you know, I think it's great you want to suggest some changes for the best of the game, but take note. HOTA crew mentioned they are not planned to create any major overhauls, they don't want to dismiss the ideas the creators of the game had in mind. Lot's of players agree magic skills need an overhaul, but this won't happen likely (or nothing that makes a huge impact) so don't make that mistake

I also don't want to sound rude but competitive playing has little to do with single-player, just ask Maretti and RoseCavalier about Water Magic and Intelligence.
1. Objectives aren't the same, you often finish an MP match without ever seeing most of the map, it's all over the moment the other guy calls GG.
2. Rules like "no hit and run" and "no double build" change a lot the perception of the game. I often ear noobs talking crap like "you never build Capitol" or "might heroes rule". The reason pros don't care about Capitol is because they are limited to one town for hiring, if you expect the match to go for 3 or 4 months and to have three or more towns of the same type, you better build some money structures and flag some mines. If you have three heroes with 1 Black Dragon and Armageddon, a level 30 Crag with no other troops then Stronghold, angels and wyverins is a goner. OTH, Crag can use an Hill Fort...
3. Balancing issues like "no Vampire Lords", "no Sprites", "all skills before expert Necromancy on Necromancy specialists" while needed for competitive gaming affect too much how you use certain towns.
4. You can safely trick AI over and over with the same old trick while no human falls even for baiting.
I could continue but I guess you got the idea.

Hota may be the ONLY mod keeping so faithful to the original h3, yet some people want to change that one too.

It is a situation Hota created for themselves though, by explicitly forbidding Cove ports to other platforms such as Wog or VCMI, where you can make all the balance changes according to your own personal wishes without encountering inevitable conflicts with other fans.

HotA already did change Necromancy and Scouting though, so it's not unreasonable to hope for some changes among other skills, especially the bottom 4: Learning, Eagle Eye, First Aid and Mysticism. (The last three are more common for magic heroes.)

I've already posted my work there, thanks anyway. And no, modding/balancing on my own never satisfied me, i need that on a global scale this is why im eager to encourage developers to do their part - to make the game become its better version.

Heroes 3 is the best game ever in my opinion but as you say there are still so many unbalanced skills and spells in it.

One of these skills is diplomacy... I play hota and want to ban this unblockable skill from the game. can someone say how?

The skill can't be deleted as far as I know, but if you open the map editor you can go to secondary skills and make sure it can't be picked in a game.

Also HOTA somewhat balanced the matter by making sure that none of the heroes that would start with diplomacy do not start with those skills (Ryland for example)

What? I don't have that BUG. I even felt HotA to be pretty much made for Diplomacy even if Bidley starts with Advanced Offence when it should, obviously, star with Diplo.

Diplomacy is the bug of heroes 3. No matter what you do, diplomacy always wins...

if someone knows how to ban or remove diplomacy skill from hota random games, I will appreciate

I couldnt think that smart boy...

I play with my cousin against computer players so we dont want them to get diplomacy also...

Well, I am smart enough -or more precisely in this case I know how a failure AI is when switching joiners- to know that if you fear AI using diplomacy and by that outplaying you + your ally cousin, then you are not smart at all or got the game a few days ago, I hope is the second issue.

on gigantic map it is impossible to fight against a diplomacy owner. I have been playing heroes 3 for long enough. Dont worry about that...

I thought this was a community which people helps each other not accusing or critizing

so let me help you: it's the absolute opposite, on a small to Large map if AI gets Diplomacy soon and you are playing at 200% so have some delay it may be impossible to beat, cause they get a couple of stacks, attack you before you can build a large army or develop your main hero and you have no chance. On gigantic maps I have fought them with thousands of joiners. AI will let go of the weaker stack no matter what and unless was lucky enough to get the Pendant of Courage and not the Celestial Necklace of Bliss (will trade them) you almost don't need Slow, it will have so many losses of turn cause of bad moral your shooters can shoot freely almost forever. Of course this isn't valid for Ryland who also starts with Leadership but their armies tend not to grow much after a certain point, cause it will trade 10 Archangels for 12 Titans despise having three Castles and no Towers.

if your thousands of joiners with diplomacy again I dont want it anymore. I also found level 7 dwellings and beated computer with diplomacy on gigantic map many times but those kind of games depend on luck mostly.
